Entire T2 ideally located for tourist or professional stays

2-room house (4 people) close to the beach and shops (butcher, caterer, pizzerias, bakery, grocery stores ...). The accommodation has a convertible sofa, wifi, Smart tv, air-conditioned room, traditional ovens and microwave, coffee machine, fan, washing machine ...). The place is calm and raised. A terrace with hammock invites you to relax. The location of the accommodation is ideal, about 2 km from the city center it has the advantage of being close to everything. The new Hibiscus area just 4 minutes away consists of a lake, a sports course, restaurants and bars. Most shops are within walking distance. On the beach directly opposite, there is a small beach bar which offers musical atmospheres and local delicacies. The place has kept a beautiful authenticity and it is not uncommon to come across little monkeys and to have to listen to the concert of birds. Those who seek tranquility and a soothing sleep will be satisfied. The accommodation lends itself as well to a professional stay as to a tourist stay.

Bon séjour

Maison très agréable pour un couplé ou personne seule, voulant découvrir les alentours de Cayenne. Maison très très bien équipée. Il est idéalement situé, proche de sentier et de la plage (déplacements en voiture tout de même). Commerces et restauration à proximité. Les petites attentions de bienvenue sont agréables à notre arrivée. Propriétaires très reactifs en cas de petit soucis. Seul petit bémol pour nous, la literie dont nous avons trouvé trop moule (mais cela est notre point de vue). Mais cela n'a pas gâché notre séjour. Nous recommandons vivement ce pied à terre.
