"The hotel was perfect! It was spacious, had everything we needed (Wi-Fi, working AC, a small kitchen, sitting space, and a little patio), and we had a great view of the beach! The beach was right in front of the hotel, and everything was within walking distance. The staff were friendly and helpful. The housekeepers cleaned up all the sand we tracked into our room daily, thank you! We would stay at Jan's Hotel again!"

"Quite location with quick golf cart access to great dining and this is about as close as you can get to staying near town and getting to secret beach. We didnt get to use them because of the weather, but the free resort access to the kayaks that you can take out to the reef for free snorkeling is maybe the best option on the island, right after the 2 for 1 $6 rum punches at the swim up bar. Say hi to Tua for me. A golf cart rental is a must for getting around if you are staying anywhere on Caye Ambergris (San Pedro). "
