Best hotel ever

This was the best hotel the staff was very friendly it was like family the rooms were exceptionally clean. And I met guests from other countries very much enjoyed sharing stories and listening to their travel plans all in all it is a most wonderful place to stay on caye caulker. Definitely going back

The staff here were excellent! Friendly and very helpful. The location of the property was prime to everything. Right in between the water taxi and the split. We had the 2 rooms that were facing street side. So it was perfect to seat on the patio, listen to music and enjoy the ambiance. The rooms were large enough for 2, and roomy enough to accommodate guests.

This property was not friendly! Not only was there sargassum, they would refuse to exchange one beach towel after being begged to. Not good vibes. Do not stay here, There are many other. Friendly, clean. Options!

I loved staying here! It was a great location on Caye Caulker, right in the heart of where you want to be as a tourist. It was also directly across from Ice & Beans which quickly became my favorite spot for a smoothie and coffee with breakfast. The room was very clean and the AC was so nice to have in the July heat. You could see the beach and main street from the window.. and being that it rained quite a bit the few days I was visiting, I loved having Netflix on the tv to enjoy when it was raining. The staff was very nice and helpful, even letting me check out late due to the water taxi timing.

The property is conveniently located right on the main street of Caye Caulker. The staff was great. Justin was very friendly and helpful. We had a room in the NW side of the property away from the bar so it was quiet. The room was simple, and clean. The only odd thing was stepping up to the toilet. Other than that, it was a great experience.

Beware the misleading photographs on booking sites

Great location on Caye Caulker and really friendly and helpful people. The toilet was really dirty when we arrived which wasnt a great first impression and our room (7) had some sort of machinery directly outside which would operate throughout the day and night making it very noisy. The hotel is next door to a bar and restaurant which has karaoke oon until midnight, which further adds to the noise issues. The photographs on various booking sites are very misleading - it gives the impression that the hotel is directly on (or directly opposite) the beach.....rhis is definitely not the case.

Excellent Service! We stayed here for Lobsterfest. Staff went above and beyond making sure we had a welcome cocktail and our wrist bands. Room was comfortable, A/C was cold. Perfect Location close to everything.

A four minute walk from the ferry. Four more to The Split. Surrounded by restaurants and bars. An excellent breakfast option across the street and a brewery behind. The rooms are simple (bohemian is the correct vibe) but clean and the showers are full-pressure awesome. This was our first stay. It won’t be our last.

Television and internet did not work. There was no blanket for the bed, only a sheet. Very loud with noise from neighboring ruins and adjacent karaoke bar. Convenient location.
