"Our stay at the Dock House was definitely more GLAMPing than camping. We had a great breeze which allowed for us to sleep with the windows open and no mosquito net needed. The bed was the most comfortable bed we have experienced in Belize. (We have been traveling to Belize for years and typically stay in places under $200/night). We had breakfast both mornings and really enjoyed it! Very peaceful 2 days up north. 10/10 recommend!"

"Perfect location stone throw away from the plit and sip & dip. Clean rooms, comfy beds, big bathroom and plenty closet space. Ed and Moses where very helpful and gracious best of all no smell from the seaweed property located at north end of island. I would 100% stay there again and look forward to coming back"

Bay Towers Hotel

"I picked Bay Harbor to try and escape the Sargassum problem impacting the Caribbean/ Atlantic shoreline. It worked... even though we stayed in July which is the worse month for Sargassum, because the hotel is on the island's leeward side there was no seaweed on the hotel's beach or bay! Just a totally chill, hidden gem, tropical paradise. They have a dock you can swim off of in front of the hotel, there are kayaks free to use, free bicycles as well. We stayed on the top floor and the views are stunning, just be ready to climb the stairs. Bay Harbor hotel is on the "north side" so you take a boat taxi to get to/ from the main part of Caye Caulker. The price is technically ~$5 Belize for a two way trip using the "northside water taxi" company although they hardly ever charged us for the ride. I thought taking the taxi was easy and fun and being separated from the town definitely made it quiet at the hotel. (Walking from the hotel into town including the ferry ride took less than 10 minutes). Also, there are a few restaurants and grocery store close, just down the street from the hotel. Lastly, the manager Arielle is super competent and makes a great happy hour cocktail."

"Our stay at Ashton Court was absolutely wonderful from start to finish. The property was exceptionally clean and well-maintained, making it easy to relax and feel comfortable throughout our visit. Everything was spotless, and it was clear that great care is taken to keep the property in excellent condition. One of the highlights of our stay was the incredible staff. Everyone was friendly, welcoming, and genuinely committed to making sure we had a great experience. Their hospitality and willingness to help with anything we needed made our trip even more enjoyable. We also loved how quiet and peaceful the property was. It provided the perfect escape from the Lobster Fest festivities and the pool felt like the perfect oasis when the beach was covered in sargassum this time of year. They also have a bar and a restaurant that serves an amazing breakfast! We highly recommend Ashton Court to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and peaceful place to stay with outstanding service. We would absolutely stay here again when we come back to Caye Caulker!"
