Jungle Cocoon
3.0 star property

"I've never written a negative review about a property but I rely heavily on reviews so thought I'd share my experience. I'll start off by saying the owner is friendly and welcoming. Unfortunately, this was more a place to stay if you're looking for a very basic stay where you want to rough it. The room is super hot, the bed is uncomfortable and when walking back at night there isn't proper lighting. I don't recommend it to female solo travellers. I did not feel safe. When I requested to leave...

Coral Cottage at Low Caye Cottages 1 of 4 great cottages
9.2 out of 10, Wonderful, (36)
"The cottage worked well for us, and Michael was very helpful - brought more spoons and water when needed etc. We liked the low key nature of Caye Caulker but having come from another Island where the children could play and swim freely, the pool at the cottage was too deep and coated in sharp concrete that caused grazes, and the only place to swim on the Island is the split where the music was so loud at the weekends- so I’d recommend for adults and backpackers but not really for children."

Bay Towers Hotel
3.5 star property

"I do not have enough good things to say about this property. Gregg is a fantastic and helpful owner. The rooms are modern, clean and fully equipped. Great water pressure. Pool was clean and refreshing. Cold beers on site. Fully fenced in property with bikes and kayaks for exploring. Awesome dogs on site. Don't let the fact it is on the northern part of the island deter you, it is incredibly easy to get to. We stayed right at the end of our trip and were going to head back to Belize City the...

Tranquil romantic getaway

"Moody blue cottage was the perfect fit for us. If we come back to caye caulker, this is where we want to stay. Every thing about this property was great. Be sure to arrange snorkeling trip with Francis and wish we had known that we could arrange fishing with him before booking through a local company. He is very knowledgeable about the island and marine life."
