Si vuelvo a Gramado, alojaría en Hotel Alpestre
Vine con mi esposa y 2 hijas de 2 y 9 años. Las instalaciones son muy cómodas y la atención del personal muy amable. Tienen una zona de entretenimiento para niños que a mis hijas les encantó. El hotel está preparado para días calurosos y fríos, se puede usar la piscina exterior e interior sin problemas. Su ubicación también me gustó ya que la zona es muy tranquila y se puede llegar caminando al centro de Gramado en 10 minutos.

The room is OK but it is not worth the price. They also do not have valet services. Therefore, you will park the car and walk about 2 blocks to reach the lobby.

Great for a family with kids
The hotel is rated for a family oriented place and since we were a couple without kids it wasn't much of interesting. The place is very nice and well kept but had some flaws...great for a family and the breakfast very good variety. Location excellent walking distance to center of the Town which is a plus... The distance from POA Airport was about 2 hours

Very good hotel. Clean modern rooms, adequate outlets for charge electronics. Staff very helpful, especially, Azenia at front desk. Good breakfast. Good fitness room. Only 2 items for improvement: A) WiFi was very ineffective. Had to turn it off to get to a website. B) Smoke from building near our room was very strong. Not possible to be out on the balcony of our room. Smelled like burning trash. Staff said it was the heating system.

Great Hotel close to town
Lovely hotel in the German style. Within walking distance to town Center passing many excellent restaurants. Good food at breakfast. Indoor and outdoor pools. This is a hotel for families so the common areas can be quite boisterous.

One of the best hotels in Gramado
If you are looking for a place for relaxing, with SPA, with a cozy fireplace, spacious, great food and friendly people, Alpestre won't disappoint you. Had the best time there with family. In one day I probably spent almost 3 hours in the inside hydro pool, just chilling in very warm water. So relaxing. Breakfast is 10 out of 10, it has everything you can imagine, from waffles with melted chocolate to so many types of cakes, breads, fruits (and the basic scrambled eggs and sausages of course). Bedrooms are lovely, location is quiet and restaurant was great too. Funny enough, the thing that really stood out from me in this hotel is the amazing small in every room. They created their own scent which is very memorable. I actually had to buy their fragrance which is just incredible (honestly it smells of my Tom Ford cologne). I'd not think twice when next time booking a place In GRAMADO. The only thing that I would have loved was if there was a separate bar from the restaurant, focusing on a wider range of cocktails such as the classic margaritas, strawberry caipirinhas, etc.

A estadia foi muito boa, o hotel é lindo, tem um bom restaurante, quartos bons. Pontos de melhoria que observamos foi que o wi-fii não funcionava bem no quarto, a copa do bebê nao dispunha de nenhuma fruta ou mesmo leite convencional e meu filho acabou tendo um acidente por conta do piso liso e sem placa de aviso no hall do elevador, nao foi grave, mas as camareiras assustaram com a queda e um senhor que estava perto e foi socorrer, acabou caindo por cima dele de tão liso que estava o chão.

Criamos grandes expectativas com o hotel alpestre. Fomos bem recebidos pela equipe, o hotel apresenta boa estrutura, e acomodações boas em um aspecto geral. É uma ótima opção para quem tem crianças, eles têm um espaço kids muito bom e com bastante atividades para as crianças, o pessoal da recreação são excelentes, muito atenciosos e carismáticos. Tenho 2 pontos negativos para apontar: 1) poucas opções de canais na televisão. 2) ficamos no quarto 308, e no primeiro dia fomos despertados por barulhos de obras as 8 horas. Minha esposa tinha uma telemedicina as 9h30 e foi quase impossível realizar a consulta. Descobrimos que o quarto abaixo do nosso estava de reforma. Fui na recepção e pedi que nos mudassem de quarto, até porque eu ainda teria outras 2 reuniões a trabalho nesse dia. Nos mudaram para o 408, um andar acima. No segundo e último dia, às 8 horas, desperto com minha filha reclamando do barulho (ela foi despertada pelo barulho), que realmente seguia forte. Ao sair perguntei para o pessoal da recepção qual era a taxa de ocupação, me responderam que era de 65% (eles têm mais de 140 quartos). Achei uma total falta de respeito nos colocarem em dois quartos super barulhentos sendo que haviam muitos outros que poderia nos acomodar fornecendo o mínimo de sossego que é esperado por um hóspede. Essa falta de sensibilidade e respeito demonstra que o hotel não se importa com o bem-estar dos seus hóspedes. Por isso, dificilmente retornarei ao hotel.

Achamos o hotel muito bom. A piscina térmica é excelente. Um ótimo café da manha. Infelizmente tivemos uma péssima experiencia no restaurante do hotel (Le Pin). Esperamos mais de 2h para recebermos um prato de massa e um prato Kids, algo que para o padrão do hotel é algo inaceitável.

Perfeito para famílias com crianças
Excelente opção para famílias com crianças. A recreação é muito simpática, e atende desde crianças pequenas até pré-adolescentes. Ótima área de recreação, e também ótimo espaço de jardim e playground. Recomendo muito escolher o quarto do Alceu e Lola, para crianças até 10 anos. Minhas filhas (6 e 10 anos) ficaram encantadas e tenho certeza que nunca esquecerão. Meu único porém é o atendimento de alguns garçons do restaurante Le Pin (almoço/jantar). Alguns precisam ser mais simpáticos, para manter a simpatia da maioria das outras equipes. Também sugiro aumentar penduradores de roupas e toalhas, tanto no banheiro e também no quarto. Ficava procurando onde colocar as toalhas usadas e casacos, ficando meio amontoado.
