"I really enjoyed my stay at Osmania Cappadocia Hotel. The staff here is so kind and helpful, they make you feel right at home. The property is also super tranquil and beautiful. Because of the heat we spent a lot of time indoors and it didn't feel like we were missing out on much because the views from the hotel are gorgeous."

"Stayed in junior suite loved everything about the property. Booked this last minute and the staff helped me coordinate airport transfers via WhatsApp. 1st nite had the most delicious dinner. It was one of the best meals I had in Turkey!! Get the lamb. The vibes are simply amazing. The staff are friendly and super helpful. The only thing I didn’t like was my room (116) did not have a bathroom door. The staff offered to relocate me to a lower lever bigger room, but I eventually chose to stay in 116 because it had a balcony from which I could view the ballrooms being blown up from my room . Hotel is walking distance to the highest viewpoint point to watch the sunset or balloon watch along the mountain ridge. There is a 30 euro fee(credit cards only) charged by the town to get to the viewpoint and you have to hike up a short steep hill, but the view is so worth it. The hotel offers tour packages to ride balloons and the packages were competitively priced. Hotel is also walking distance to the town which has endless shops and restaurants. Would stay again !!"

"The property was beautiful. We were there in July and it was very hot and the ac wasn’t the best. Our room had windows that opened but all of the staff sit at a table and smoke pretty much all day long so you need to be ok with the smell coming into your room. The cook quit while we were there so no food available onsite other than the breakfast bar. Plenty of restaurants within walking distance. We really loved the pool and spent a lot of time there. We also spent time on the terrace but it looked like no one ever really used it. A bit sparse and unkempt but we liked having it all to ourselves. The balloons come so close to the hotel at sunrise and that was a huge bonus!!! Overall, I would stay again."

"It’s a cave so you can’t expect it to be super modern, but the rooms are nicely decorated and spacious with all the basics in addition to just being a unique and special experience being inside a cave. Watching the balloons rise every morning from the terrace is something we’ll never forget."

"I highly recommend this hotel to every person planning to travel to Cappadocia Turkey. it is very close to the airport. The city centre is just about five minutes walk , close to souvenir shops and markets giving you an authentic local feel. From beginning to the end they take care of everything for you. The communication with Fatma is very smooth. They are highly responsive to all your queries so you don’t have to worry about anything. They arrange the pick up from the airport where the driver would wait outside holding your name, this makes you feel very safe. The receptionists Fatma, Ali and Cheten are amazing! The breakfast buffet is delicious with authentic local dishes. the lady in the kitchen is so lovely and kind!She bakes fresh bread, cookies and makes delicious omelettes. The rooms are comfortable with every basic thing you need - a small fridge , television, air-conditioning for the summer, a heater for the winter, hot and cold shower, bath soap, shampoo and a hair dryer. They also provide all toiletries and towels. They are connected with a very good travel agency “I am cappadocia travel and tour”thus, they’re able to organise and book all your necessary tours while you are here. the balcony has an amazing view of goreme, very close to the air balloon takeoff area. early in the morning before sunrise , you can make sure to wake up and be greeted with the most breathtaking view of all the hot air balloons floating in the sky."

"The hotel was amazing and being able to watch the balloons from right outside our room was incredible! Several local restaurants within a short walk. It’s was really cool to say in a cave hotel and just a note that because it’s inside a cave, it’s slightly damp. Wonderful place to stay!"
