"This apt has the perfect location in Campo Marina. It is a bit loud in the morning due to street cleaner and bar below the apartment. The staff was very nice and helpful when they gave us the wrong key and we couldn’t get the ac to work. 4 star rating is due to not being able to get the ac remote working and that we had to bring our own linens. "We were welcomed by Mario who was helpful from the first to the last minute of our stay. He speaks Italian, English and German. He assisted with figuring out the boat tours, was friendly and was extremely patient. The room was comfortable, quiet, clean and perfect for our three-night stay. The hotel is 6-8min walk to Procchio center and Procchio Beach. There are a few restaurants nearby, bus stops to go to the other parts of the island and there is a small supermarket. For us everything was very convenient and we would definitely recommend the hotel."
