"The property was older but clean and bed was comfortable. Couple of issues overshadowed an otherwise satisfactory stay. One was the toilet that took 5 minutes to fill back up with water in order to be able to flush The other major issue was there was no hot water in the morning. The desk clerk had no sense of urgency about the issue and said her son would have to take a look at it. By this time we had sponged bath and were ready to check out. "

"This home was as listed, on a quiet riverbank near a recreational area and RV park. We found our weekend stay to be enjoyable, and discussed coming back when it’s a little warmer to swim in the river. The stargazing is exceptional, as well as the birdwatching. We met the owner and he was nice to us and made us feel welcome. We were all adults, but this would be an amazing place to bring kids! "

"We had everything we needed. There was plenty of linens and the beds were comfortable. Only complaint was that the air filter for the heater/AC was really dirty so it hurt our eyes and noses."

"Great location, amenities were good, good communication, very clean, really excellent. Nice porch! One thing could be better: the furniture is a little sparse in the bedrooms, so there's a need for a dresser drawer or something to hold up your suitcase. Small thing that would be very nice. Otherwise, I would give this excellent."
