Excellent staff! Clean! Room very quiet! Room temp was set at front desk to either heater or AC not both. At night it got a bit cool and I could not adjust the temperature a bit warmer. Gym is not on site but available nearby. Enjoyed our time at your hotel! Thank you!

nice house near Chioggia in rural surroundings
Not all apartments of the house were occupied so it was really quit and private for us. Landscape is flat so good for biking in the lagune.
