Another wonderful stay

This is our second year in a row staying here. We extended our stay to 3 weeks and almost wish it was longer. A more perfect location can hardly be found. The convenience is perfect. The accommodations are great. The owners family Duvillard couldn’t be more kind and supportive. They check in while you’re there to make sure all is well. The ‘manager’ who assured you have what you need, Hafida, is also a match to the owners. Whatever you need, they are there to make things convenient. We hope to come back! Truly a place we love.

Peaceful haven in the French Riviera

To say we loved this home is an understatement. It was a perfect fit for the 4 of us. Just close enough to Nice airport. Just far enough away from tourist bustle. The home is very comfortable, wonderfully located, and well equipped. We got great support from Sabine and her rep Hafida. Not a hitch at all. We want to come back!

Cavalaire-sur-Mer

We spent a week on the beautiful home of Mme Duvillard and enjoyed every moment. The home is on the outskirts of Cavalaire-sur-Mer overlooking the Cote d‘Azur, everything we needed was there and the checkin and communication with the host were perfect. The area and the nearby beaches are super nice and not too touristy. Excellent piano for our kids to keep their piano practice up to date. Overall we had a wonderful vacation in a very comfortable home, highly recommended.

Very nice house with all you need. It has an amazing view, enough parking space and all equipment inside the house which you normally need in your vacation. It is a quiet location at the end of a small road, but not far from Cavalaire centre. We can recommend it and provide 5 stars for all other aspects, such as communication, pictures and the video so that you get a perfect impression. The support from the owner and the local lady giving all information you need, was great. We will come back.

Großzügige Unterkunft mit herrlichem MeerblickDas Haus entspricht voll und ganz der Beschreibung und den Bildern. Der Kontakt mit den Vermietern war sehr angenehm. Man bekommt viele hilfreiche Informationen direkt nach der Buchung. Schlüsselübergabe erfolgte durch eine überaus sympathische Dame, die für die Verwaltung des Hauses zuständig ist. Die Lage ist fantastisch: kein Verkehr, nur das Meeresrauschen. Von der großen Terrasse hat man einen einmaligen Blick aufs Meer. Drumherum viel Natur. Toll auch der am Hang weiter unten gelegene Bouleplatz.Ins Zentrum läuft man einige Minuten bergab, zurück dann halt entsprechend bergauf. Im Haus ist alles vorhanden, was man gebrauchen könnte (WLAN, TV, Klimaanlage bei Bedarf).Ich kann diese Unterkunft uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.

Tolle Villa mit atemberaubender Meerblick

Cavalaire-sur-Mer ist ein schöner kleiner Ort mit guter Infrastruktur. Wir waren im Herbst 2 Wochen dort. Die Villa Quintefeuille liegt in einer ruhigen Straße auf dem Berg außerhalb des Ortskerns in einer Sackgasse. Sie ist mit allen Begehrlichkeiten ausgestattet. Uns hat es während des Aufenthalts an nichts gefehlt. Absolut herausragend ist die Kommunikation mit der Eigentümerin. Bei Fragen oder Problemen war sie immer erreichbar. Das hat uns sehr geholfen. In der Villa befinden sich Flyer und eine sehr umfangreiche Informationsmappe über die Villa, Müll, Ansprechpartner und Tipps für Unternehmungen. Das absolute Highlight der Villa ist die Terrasse, von der man einen herrlichen Blick aufs Meer hat. Leider ist der direkte Zugang zum Meer nicht möglich. Man muss mit dem Auto runter in den Ort fahren. Das hat uns nicht weiter gestört, weil wir nicht viel Zeit in Cavalaire-sur-Mer direkt verbracht haben, sondern Ausflüge in die nähere Umgebung gemacht haben: Saint-Tropez, Port Grimaud, Grimaud, Le Lavandou, Fréjus, um nur einige zu nennen. Wunderschön sind die Küstenwanderwege, die wir sehr genossen haben. Fazit: Die Villa ist ein schöner, ruhiger Ausgangspunkt für Unternehmungen mit tollem Meerblick und herausragend aufmerksamen Eigentümern, die sich toll um die Gäste kümmern.

Toller Urlaub in schönem Haus mit herrlichem Meerblick

Das Haus entspricht exakt der Beschreibung und den Bildern. Der Kontakt mit den Vermietern ist sehr angenehm und gut. Man bekommt viele Informationen direkt nach der Buchung. Das Haus liegt auf einer Anhöhe fast am Ende einer Sackgasse, ruhiger geht es nicht; kein Verkehr, nur das Rauschen der Wellen. Großartiger Blick auf´s Meer. Große Terrasse. Sicherer Autoabstellplatz hinter einem automatischen Tor. Sehr gute Betten. Viel Geschirr, Besteck und sonstige Haushaltsartikel, sowie Haushaltsgeräte sind reichlich vorhanden, es fehlt an nichts. Eigener Boule-Platz, Tisch-Tennis und Spiele vorhanden. Deutscher TV-Empfang und Wlan verfügbar. Aber wie gesagt, dieHighlights waren und sind für uns der Ausblick auf das Meer und die Ruhe gewesen. 2 Supermärkte mit dem Auto in 2-3 Minuten erreichbar. Zentrum und Strände ca. 5 Minuten mit dem Auto. In der näheren Umgebung kann man herrliche Küstenwanderungen machen. Unser Fazit: Wir können das Haus absolut empfehlen.

Ein wunderschöner erholsamer Aufenthalt

Wir verbrachten 2 Wochen in diesem wunderschönen Haus und haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Alles war perfekt und genau wie beschrieben. Die Aussicht auf das Mittelmeer und die Inseln waren das absolute Highlight. Man konnte sich in dieser total ruhigen Umgebung wunderbar entspannen. Unvergesslich das Meeresrauschen in unmittelbarer Nähe und die mediterrane Vegetation des wunderschönen großen Gartenbereichs. Ebenso erwähnenswert ist die Sauberkeit des Hauses in allen Bereichen sowie die nette Betreuung bei der Ankunft und Abreise. In der Küche ist wirklich alles vorhanden was man braucht. Ein großes Dankeschön auch an Madame Duvillard für ihre Vorabinformationen. Wir werden sicherlich eines Tages wiederkommen.

Ein wundervolles Anwesen für entspannte Tage

Ruhig, sonnig und trotzdem nicht zu weit von Cavalaire liegt dieses Haus auf einem Hügel mit direktem Blick auf das Meer. Die riesige Terrasse kann für verschiedene Aktivitäten genutzt werden, das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet und auch mit mehreren Personen ein geeigneter Rückzugsort. Cavalaire ist unspektakulär, aber man findet alles, was man braucht.

Ein absolut gelungener Urlaub in toller Lage

Wir haben zwei wunderschöne Wochen in Cavalaire verbracht. Alles war super, das perfekt und geschmackvoll eingerichtete und sehr saubere Haus mit einem herrlichen Blick auf das Meer, ebenso wie die verschiedenen Strände. Wir konnten jeden Tag mit dem Frühstück auf der Terrasse beginnen und am Abend auch wieder so ausklingen lassen. Die Klimaanlage macht auch den Aufenthalt im Haus sehr angenehm. Sowohl der Empfang und die Schlüsselübergabe, wie auch die Endabnahme waren sehr angenehm und reibungslos. Es war ein insgesamt gelungener Urlaub und wir kommen sehr gerne wieder. Wir können dieses Haus uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.

Semaine parfaite

Le plus gros point fort est biensur le cadre, littéralement perché juste au dessus de la mer, avec le jardin et la végétation environnante on a le sentiment d être seuls. Les petits déjeuners et soirées face à la mer sont un régal, tout comme les parties de petanque avec la mer et les cigales en spectatrices. On descend en environ 15 minutes à pieds sur le joli port de Cavalaire. Et pour le reste il ne manque rien, la maison est parfaitement équipée. Bref, nous avons passé une semaine très agréable et depuis le début la communication et les relations avec les propriétaires ou la personne gérant la location ont été parfaites.

Schönes ruhiges Haus

Wir haben sehr erholsame 2 Wochen in dem Haus verbracht. Alles war sehr sauber und das Haus ist grundsätzlich mit allem, was man braucht, gut ausgestattet. Vor allem den Elektrogrill haben wir gerne genutzt. Da wir EBikes dabei hatten konnten wir mal eben zum Bonporteau Strand oder Richtung Gigaro fahren. Aber auch zu Fuß ist man gemütlich in 20 Minuten im Zentrum. Alles in allem bietet das Haus Ruhe, einen schlnenBlick aufs Meer, Nähe zum Zentrum oder für Strandaufenthalte oder Ausflüge nach St. Tropez, La Croix Valmer, Cavalière....

Great, clean house with an incredible view in a very quiet location

We simply cannot imagine a more beautiful view, unbelievable! 180-degree panorama with a view of the offshore islands and part of Cavalaire Bay. In October, sun from morning to evening. Simply fantastic! There is more than enough seating and loungers on the terrace, as well as a large table and a smaller flat side table.The chairs and tables are not the usual plastic stuff, but nice pieces of metal with matching cushions. The house has a large, beautifully landscaped hillside plot with a petanque court. You can always find a shady spot there, for sure even in summer. It is situated above the village and far from traffic. The centre of the village is within walking distance. The house is very clean and well maintained. The furnishings leave nothing to be desired and are of a pleasantly high quality. A table tennis table rounds off the whole thing. We enjoyed our time very much and will definitely come back.
