Logement bien refait et donnant sur jardin

L’appartement est bien pour 2 voir 3 personnes. Il est bien équipé ( double vitrage, climatisation, lave linge,…) et très bien placé. Pas besoin de la voiture pour les courses, la plage et les restaurants. Il faudrait juste changer les tables basses qui sont bien fatiguées et l’étend à linge car il est vraiment tout petit!! Impossible d’étendre 2 serviettes, c’est un problème pour un logement au bord de la mer.

Pour atteindre la perfection

Habitué à louer à Porto di mare, j’ai trouvé cet appartement très bien (bien situé avec peu de vis à vis, bien climatisé, bien équipé, calme). Mais pour qu’il soit encore mieux, je vous suggère un parasol pour éviter le petit déjeuner en plein soleil et un rideau occultant pour la chambre. Si on devait mettre une note , je donnerai un 8,5/10.

Wir waren mit unserem Aufenthalt sehr zufrieden. Restaurants, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und der Strand sind fußläufig erreichbar. Das Auto kann kostenlos in der Straße geparkt werden.

Très satisfait de la location bien situé à 5 mn de la plage et de tous les commerces. Très bien équipé, et de qualité, cuisine, sdb, literie...belle terrasse, climatisation active. Manque sèche cheveux. A voir aussi pour un parking privé,difficile de se garer même en septembre.Je recommande.

Appartement très bien situé, spacieux, bien équipé, sécurisé et bien orienté . Tout était propre à notre arrivée. La machine à laver et le lave vaisselle sont vraiment un plus. Par contre, insonorisation moyenne, nos voisins étaient bruyants et un chien aboyait la nuit. Nous n’avons pas pu nous servir du barbecue, il manquait le support pour la grille.
