Hébergement bien situé

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié nos vacances dans ce logement. Il est idéalement situé, non loin de la plage ou du centre de Cavalaire-sur-mer, et pourtant assez calme. Tout est très propre et bien entretenu et l'appartement est bien équipé.

Generell gut bis sehr gut, aber mit störenden Elementen

Positiv: - Villa mit mehreren Wohnungen - Schöner sehr grosser Garten mit schönem Pool und schönen Pflanzen, sehr gepflegt. Mit viel sonnigen Plätzen, aber auch genug Schattenplätzen - Sehr ruhig gelegen, ausser machmal abends 1-2 Stunden die Klimaanlage des Nachbarn haben wir nichts gehört - Neuwertige Aussenmöbel und Liegestühle - Wohnung gut unterhalten - Nette Kontaktpersonen, gute Erreichbarkeit - Unsere Wohnung (halboffenes Untergeschoss) hatte ebenfalls einen abgegrenzten eigenen kleinen Sitzplatz - Jede Wohnung hat eigenen Gas-Grill Hat uns gestört: - Unsere Wohnung (als EG inseriert) war eher ein offenes Untergeschoss als ein Erdgeschoss und im Wohnzimmer/Küche entsprechend düster (wenig Tageslicht): So lange man sich im Sommer nur draussen aufhalten will, ist das aber kein Problem - Internet W-Lan hat nur in Schlafzimmer und Toilette funktioniert, im Rest der Wohnung und draussen hatten wir keinen Empfang. Wir haben reklamiert und gemäss Vermieterin habe sie sich um einen Verstärker bemüht, habe kurzfristig keinen auftreiben können. Da das Haus auch schlechten Signalempfang auf dem eigenen Mobilephone hatte, war der Zugang zum Internet stark eingeschränkt - In unserer Wohnung hatte es keine bequemen Aussenstühle/Sessel: Nur Klappstühle ohne Sitzkissen/Polsterung und eher klein: Das hat uns sehr gestört: Angesichts des Preises ist das unserer Meinung nach ein no go. Ist für uns ein Grund nicht nochmals zu buchen. Deshalb auch ein Stern Abzug bei der Gesamtbewertung. - Sind 3 oder 4 Wohnungen, hat aber nur 1-2 Parkplätze im Garten, die anderen müssen auf der Strasse parkieren - Kommode im Schlafzimmer: Farbe blättert überall ab: Wir dem sonstigen guten Standard nicht gerecht Wissenswert: - Der grosse Garten ist mit Kunstrasen belegt. Dieser ist sehr gepflegt und angenehm zu begehen. Geschmacksache, ob man lieber Naturrasen hat oder Kunstrasen. Angesichts des sonst sehr schönen gepflegten Gartens war es für uns ok

Tout est dans le titre!!

L'appartement est vraiment très calme, très bien équipé avec du matériel de qualité, une bonne literie et surtout le ménage est fait à fond à l'arrivée. Le petit plus, la lingerie se trouve à proximité de l'appartement. Accès à la plage en 5 minutes par un chemin piétonnier sécurisé. Nous venons à Cavalaire tous les ans et cette fois pas besoin de rechercher une autre location, nous reviendrons dans cette superbe villa.

Vacances paisibles

Superbe maison provençale dont le vaste jardin arboré et fleuri, remarquablement bien entretenus, et sa très belle piscine sont propices au repos et à la détente. L'appartement, à la décoration particulièrement soignée et d'une propreté exemplaire présente tout le confort pour passer un très agréable séjour. Situé au calme à 300m de sa longue et belle plage de sable fin , nous avons particulièrement apprécié la proximité avec le sentier côtier qui va jusqu'à Saint-Tropez et les visites touristiques que nous avons effectuées au jardin botanique du Rayol, à Ramatuelle et Port-Grimaud. A noter l'accueil chaleureux de la propriétaire. Nous ne saurions que trop recommander cette location dans ce cadre idéal pour des vacances paisibles et reposantes. Nous y retournerons certainement l'an prochain.

Appartement au calme, neuf et bien équipé correspondant bien à la description - grand jardin suffisamment ombragé avec piscine : agréable après une journée de visite ou de plage - En plus plage et commerces à 5 mn pied , le centre de Cavalaire n'est pas très loin non plus - en conclusion nous avons passé un super séjour et revenons en 2014.

Séjour paisible

Très belles prestations pour ces appartements en villa et très bonne literie. Accueil chaleureux des propriétaires. Tout est organisé afin que nous passions un agréable séjour. Très très rare de nos jours, nous devons le préciser ! C'est certain, nous y retournerons l'an prochain.
