In the Parc de Cavalaire district, in a quiet area, 50 m from the beach and 50 m from small local shops. 2 parking spaces in a secure residence.
Very beautiful villa with a 150 m2 garden, bowling green, 4 bedrooms:

On the ground floor with two beautiful palm trees in the garden, deckchairs, small bowling green, a plancha, a small gate to access the beach 50 m away.
An outdoor shower. Lights to illuminate the garden at night.

A very beautiful covered terrace with a large table and chairs for lunch, outdoor ceiling fan, a lounge area for having coffee on the terrace.

A living room with sofa, television, dining room with a large table for dining.
The equipped kitchen: large fridge in a pantry, dishwasher, hotplates, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster and all the equipment for cooking.
1 bedroom n°1 with electric bed 160 with a shower room and toilet
1 separate toilet with small washbasin.

Upstairs:
1 bedroom n°2 with a bed of 140 a shower room and air-conditioned toilet, Television, opening onto the terrace.
1 bedroom n°3 with a bed of 160 with bathroom and toilet, air-conditioned, Television, opening onto the terrace. In this room a door to access the children's room n°4 under the roof with 3 beds of 80 for the children, air-conditioned with a skylight window a blackout curtain.
