Located in Caumont-sur-Durance, just outside Avignon and ideally situated between the Luberon, the Alpilles, and L’Isle-sur-la-Sorgue, this charmingly decorated little house is perfect for a getaway as a couple, with family, or with friends.

You’ll enjoy a peaceful and authentic setting, while still being just a few minutes away from Provençal markets, shops, and the region’s top attractions.

The accommodation:

This 58 m² house can accommodate up to 4 guests and offers a bright, well-maintained interior—perfect for exploring Provence while enjoying a relaxing stay.

You’ll find:
- an upstairs bedroom with a queen-size bed, a closet and chest of drawers, hangers, and a clothes rack
- a living room with a sleeper sofa and a TV
- a fully equipped semi-open kitchen: oven, hob, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, microwave, L’Or Nespresso coffee maker, toaster, and everything you need for cooking (dishes, silverware, pots, frying pans…)
- an upstairs bathroom with a bathtub, hair dryer, towel warmer, and separate toilet

- L’Isle-sur-la-Sorgue train station, a 15-minute drive away
- Avignon, with its historic centre and Palais des Papes, 30 minutes away
- Avignon TGV and Avignon Centre train stations, 30 minutes away
- the hilltop villages of the Luberon and the Alpilles nearby

The number of guests is limited to the number indicated on the reservation. Any additional guests must be declared and approved prior to arrival.
Parties, parties, and events are prohibited.
Please respect the peace and quiet of the area, especially between 10 p.m. and 8 a.m.
Smoking and vaping are prohibited inside the property. Please use the outdoor areas and the ashtrays provided.
Please take care of the furniture and equipment: do not move heavy furniture, and do not use light-colored linens to remove makeup.
In the event of breakage or damage, please notify us immediately. It’s always better to report an incident than to have it discovered later.
Linens and towels must remain in the accommodation.
Subletting and transferring the reservation are prohibited.
Charging electric or hybrid vehicles is strictly prohibited on any of the property’s outlets, both indoors and outdoors. Household outlets are not rated for prolonged high current use, and there is a real risk of fire. Public charging stations are available nearby; we’ll be happy to provide you with their addresses.
Please close the doors and windows every time you leave the property.
Barbecues and open fires: Use is permitted only with the equipment provided and is prohibited in the event of a prefectural order due to drought or high winds.
