Rapport qualité prix mauvais

Chambre mal isolée, beaucoup de bruit . Il n'y a qu'une seule prise électrique et elle se trouve dans la salle de bain. Pas d'ascenseur, il faut monter les bagages par l'escalier. Je suis surprise des 3 étoiles de cet hôtel.

L'hôtel est correct mais manque de confort. Situé près de l'autoroute, ce n'est le plus agréable. Pas de prise proche du lit, pas de brosse a toilette, le confort est très moyen.

Grosse déception

3 chambres réservées dans le cadre d'un séjour professionnel et... une avec un vieux matelas mou et déchiré, une autre avec des cafards, les trois avec une. propreté douteuse... Bref, nous avons. préféré changer d'hôtel en cours de séjour car ce n'est pas acceptable de la part d'une chaine comme Ibis, même si ce n'est pas un Ibis Styles... Ce qui est certain, c'est que notre entreprise ne réservera plus de chambres dans cet établissement.

4 étoiles décrochées en regardant le ciel !!!

Transféré à l’Ibis Style. J'ai tenté de dormir la nuit du 14 février 2021, impossible... les portes claquaient sans cesses toute la nuit avec des allez-retour interminables et bruyants ! Je le signale à l'accueil, aucune excuses annoncées... à en lire un commentaire validé du 6 février sur All Accor de cet établissement, le bruit est de coutume ! Je ne sais pas comment I'établissement a décroché les 4 étoiles ? Sans doute en regardant le ciel plutôt que les prestations par I'auditeur !!! Impossible de régler le chauffage, pour ouvrir la fenêtre il faut basculer un rideau par dessus la fenêtre en faisant attention de ne pas le déchirer. Les chambres ne sont pas prévues d'être aérées avec ce système de rideau. Les serviettes de la salle de bain étaient neuves, mais non lavées, donc n'essuyaient pas, je me suis retrouvée avec pleins de bouloches sur moi, génial ! La moquette au sol est bien fatiguée, faut avoir envie de poser un orteil nu au sol ! Tête de lit ragoûtante tellement elle est usée et qu'il manque de la matière dessus! Robinet thermostatique de la beignoire capricieux. Gobelet en carton pour un 4 étoiles. La livraison du petit déjeuner non respecté sur le timing, en plus de n'avoir pas dormi, j'étais 10 minutes en retard, aucune excuse annoncée. Pour un hôtel 4 étoiles, le petit déjeuné vous ai servi avec une cuillère en plastique réutilisée à en voir les rayures. Pas de beurre, et des pépins dans le jus d’orange. Bref, hôtel pleins de pépins !!!

Tout est un critère de choix ....

L'hôtel est très propre et très bien décoré, l'accueil est super ! Rien a redire ... La chose la plus importante c'est de bien préciser s'il y a la climatisation ou pas sur Hotel.com Déception à l'arrivée, sans climatisation avec les fortes chaleurs. C'est un choix important lors de la réservation d'une chambre ! Sur d'autres sites, ce filtre est mentionné....
