"Over all this was an amazing experience. This hotel is beautiful and humongous. I would like to go to the top of the tower next time because this hotel is big. You can see the whole city from the top floor i hear. I have one giant qualm about me and my friends stay, there was ALOT of noise in the upstairs from where we were staying. Loud music, banging on the walls and floors, it was hard for me to sleep.... i got 2 hours max because of this. I figured with the good reviews and the beautiful nature of this hotel that itd have been nice and quiet. Nope. I was wrong. That is enough to make me not want to stay again Sadly. Everything else was perfect.... it was a nice time other than the noise. "
"Was unsure of what to expect. I and usually a chain hotel person. OMG, this hotel is amazing. Centrally located, tram and bus service just outside. Valet parking was so nice. The restaurant has amazing food and service. The cleanliness was above and beyond. This hotel changed my prospective on using chain hotels. Thank you for the wonderful experience. Definitely being staying there next July when I am visiting. "
