"We recently had a one-night stay at The Ellerbeck, and it was absolutely amazing! My fiancé was a bit hesitant about choosing a Bed and Breakfast, as his only previous experience was about 20 years ago. He was worried we might have to share restrooms and have awkward run-ins with other guests, haha! But our stay was wonderfully beautiful and peaceful. The mansion itself is a stunning step back in time, beautifully maintained. Our bed was incredibly comfortable, and we were delighted to find we had a private bathroom! Stephanie, the inn manager, was so kind and incredibly helpful throughout our stay. And the breakfast? Absolutely the most amazing meal we had before departing! Thank you so much, Ellerbeck! We will definitely be back!"

"Hotel Monaco is a delightful place to stay in SLC! Fantastic location, beautiful rooms and superb bar and restaurant. My only complaint: The Hotel Restaurant (Bambara) has added Octopus to their menu. Nobody should be eating Octopus. Guess they didn't get the Memo? Octopus are incredibly intelligent animals. Maybe as smart as a dog. Would you eat a dog?"
