"Overall, the staff at Hyatt Vacation Club at Desert Oasis were very kind, welcoming, and helpful throughout my stay, which I truly appreciated. However, the cleanliness of the property unfortunately took away from the experience. The room was noticeably dusty, and I had a difficult time sleeping because the dust was bothering me. In the morning, I also found ants around the kitchen sink area, which was disappointing. Additionally, the pool appeared dirty both during the day and at night, with quite a few bugs in the water. The customer service was excellent, but I do hope the property improves its housekeeping and pool maintenance because the staff themselves were wonderful."
