"Hotel is in bad shape with deferred maintenance evident everywhere. Carpets old , shower and bath faucet barely hanging, hotel does nothing for your dogs, soundproofing non existent, the air conditioning unit in patio sounds like car starting when turns on, and the loud music played continuously is annoying at best, DJ very loud music right outside my room on weekends…"

"The resort was clean and the staff was attentive like how the pool stays open 24 hours and the rooms were spacious. "

"Great location however the lack of attention by the Front desk staff did not meet the level of expectations for the cost of the nightly stay. Several requests for towels, coffee and water replenishment went unanswered unless we followed up even though we were advised it would be replenished daily. Also advised house keeping was every two days but was actually every 3 days."
