The manager kindly offered to provide a shuttle service from the airport to the hotel, though am not sure if that is free as I had a different transport arrangement. Emmanuel who checked me in was quite hospitable. He is an asset to the establishment as he did his utmost to make my stay comfortable."

"It was bad. The mattress is as hard as a rock, wasn’t comfortable at all. The kitchen was dirty with dirty cutleries on the table. At a point one of the ac unit fell and there was dirt everywhere in the lobby. Would never stay there again and don’t advice anyone to. "

Hotels.com offered me 50% refund in coupons. I regret ever wanting to stay at Leosophine Residency, and ending up loosing half of my money. Staff very unhelpful."
