Great stay
We stayed for a weekend at this lovely home as we were attending a wedding at the nearby Catalina club. The house was exactly what we wanted for our family of four and the location was perfect for our needs. We loved backing on to the golf course and being able to see the kangaroos from the back of the house. We would happily stay again when next in the area.

Not just for golfers
Found the property very clean and comfortable and are planning to stay more next year when I retire. Being on a busy road I found reversing the boat into the driveway a bit of a challenge but with the use of the wide nature strip this was over come. Once the front door was closed the road noise didn't bother us or stopped us from sleeping

Homely retreat
This property had everything we needed, it truely felt like our own little holiday home, catch up with the grandkids, they were also very relaxed, laying back and watching a movie after our dinner at the Cat club, close to all that you need, we just walked. Pet friendly yard was a must for us, and there was no escaping. Affordable, comfortable and homely, in a great area. We would love to return. Thankyou

Lovely neat house, great location
Kangaroo watching in the mornings and evenings was just beautiful. Short walk to a great club. The yard is beautiful for pets, great lawn, secure. The house is very neat and has very good amenities. The neighbourhood is quiet. Exceeded our expectations. Also lovely watching the golfers tee off.

Lovely clean house
Amanda and Scott have a beautiful clean and comfortable house close to everything. The special little touches in the kitchen, comfortable beds and linen, and a great yard for our dog made it a very pleasant stay. We could walk to the club as well for dinner and live music which was great.

Enjoyed our stay in Batemans Bay at this property. Great back yard for the dog and sitting on the back deck overlooking the golf course was nice. Very close to parks, boat ramp and dog beach. Would have been good to have a BBQ available. Traffic noise was noticable at times. Overall, would recommend.

Clean and Convenient
What a wonderful place to stay. Such a lovely spotless house and Amanda has left no stone unturned when it comes to providing for ones comfort. The backyard was excellent for our two pooches to play in and we enjoyed our afternoon drinks 🍸 on the deck while the local kangaroos grazed on the golf course. Would definitely recommend: Leanne, Christine, Parker and Leroy.

Great location and very pet friendly
This property was great for us as a family of 4 with a small dog. It is in a great location, is very well equipped and great secure yard for a dog. The deck area would be lovely in the summer months.
