"First we arrived and the floor was flooded with water bc the cleaning personal was not closing something next to the toile where u get water out from. We were first thinking it’s not a big problem, things like that happen. We contacted the host valentina, she came by herself and fixed everything.
Unfortunately later we figured out we had not shampoo in the shower so the cleaning service was not really effective
The real issue we experienced was the evening next day around 8 or 9 PM. An alarm...

"In my opinion, this hotel was the only place to stay to be the heat of room! It was so convenient to be able to sightsee in the morning, take a 30 minute pool break, go back out into the city for more attractions, take another pool break, and basically repeat this process for four days. I cannot imagine visiting Rome in 100° heat without that pool! I can’t even say how convenient it was. Everybody was super friendly and accommodating. The pool bar was great. The air-conditioning worked well. Again… This is the only hotel to stay at in my opinion if you want to visit Rome, beat the heat, and never leave the city. I feel like if we booked a place with a pool outside of Rome, we wouldn’t have been able to see as much of the city. 10/10 recommend."

Renatto helped us with directions and guided us with much helpful recommendations on places to go ,where should we walk at night where not to ,it was fantastic we love the hotel as it suited my family needs to the highest standards. If you have a car they will help you accommodate where to park and safely for a reasonable price don’t think about it twice to stay here ! "
