I rarely leave reviews but I can honestly say hotel du lac signature is by far the best hotel I have ever stayed in. First time in Vietnam and could not have started our trip better. This hotel is not just about the building, facilities and all of that was superb, but the staff are simply outstanding. I would have rated the hotel with highest grade for rooms, location, cleanliness, etc but would triple the rating if I could given the really genuine care and commitment shown by the staff team. Special thanks to Louisa on desk and Ronaldo and viper on door. As I said rarely leave reviews but really wanted to show my appreciation for making our stay in Hanoi memorable. Than you guys, we will be back, still in Vietnam in other hotels which are okay but just don't compare to hotel du lac signature. 💗

"The hotel staff were very helpful. They upgraded our room for free. Unfortunately we had to leave early due to a typhoon, but the staff were very caring and helpful, making sure we had transportation arranged to get off of the island. Convenient location close to many restaurants."

"Nice modern hotel with rooftop pool. The rooms were a little under furnished however. It’s set out like an apartment but no cooking pots or utensils. No plates or cutlery. Only 2 cups and 2 teaspoons in a family room. The breakfast was quite limited compared to other places we stayed in the country ..."
