"The property and its views were amazing. Transportation getting to the resort from the airport was expensive. Expedia organized our flight from Toronto to Sicily requiring a ferry to cross then organize a shuttle at the harbour to the resort. This would have added hours and substantial cost to get to the resort. We reorganized so we flew from Toronto to Rome then Rome to Palermo reserving a shuttle at our expense to get to the resort."
"The room was clean and the staff were friendly. The buildings are quite old, and the location is far from other facilities. It feels more like a small family resort, with not much to do if you’re a younger traveler looking for activities"

"Wow wow wow. Firstly, Paul and David were the most amazing hosts, attentive, kind and providing recommendations for restaurants and shops, even making us a wonderful homemade pesto. The villa is amazing, homely, comfortable, beautifully furnished and has everything you need. The pool area is stunning, with cozy areas to soak up the incredible views. We had Chef Bruno cook for us one evening and what a treat that was! Caccamo is a wonderful old town which had a festival when we were there. The people are very friendly but bring your phrase book as very little English is spoken. Recommend an SUV to get around. We would love to return to the villa! Thank you to Paul and David for making our visit such an amazing experience!"

"Beautiful, peaceful house with a great view. Very nicely and comfortably furnished. We spent a great time here and did not feel like visiting other places, the best was on the terrace by the pool. Terek, the host, took excellent care of us, for example, when the dishwasher broke down during our stay he not only installed a new one in 2 hours, he also washed the dishes. We plan to return to this place."
"Excellent property, suited perfectly our needs to be in a quiet area with an amazing pool (50m), volley ball and tennis courts, while also being able to drive -within 30mins- allowing spending a full day in Palermo and a full day in Cefalù. The unexpected highlights were the wonderful ( included) 3-course dinners with fresh and delicious food (the tuna tataki was the family favourite anti pasti!). Finally, the staff, the owner and Enzo made us feel so welcome and made our stay even more special. "
"This is an amazing house right by the sea. Paolo and Morena are superb hosts and went above and beyond to make our stay special. They booked tables for us, advised us on where to visit, replaced the TV on a Sunday when it stopped working and offered to order us pizza during a local power cut. "We were two families (8 persons, kids in ages 3-8) that spent one week in Marcos house. The house is clean and spacious and comes with everything that is needed for the stay. The pool area is great for both adults and kids. Dinners and evenings are very nice to spend on the big terrace with an impressive view over the landscape and sea. When arriving Marco was welcoming and also helpful with different things throughout the week. His lovely parents live on the first floor of the house and was also very helpfull when needed. The house is surrounded by big cultivation areas and his parents was generous with giving us fresh tomatoes and home made lemon granita. From the house it is easy to reach both Trapani and Termini Imerese for excursions and shopping. We also visited Cefalù for one day, which is only one hour drive. The autostrada passes by close to the house and makes some noise, but nothing that was disturbing to us. Only thing to put on the wish list is some more equipment in the kitchen since we cooked most of our own meals. The beds are very hard, but that tend to be a thing here and not just for this place (compared to Scandinavian beds). Between 2-4 in the afternoon every day it is siesta and we were asked to be a bit more quiet. We found it a little bit annoying the first day since the kids wanted to be outside and play, but for the other days it matched our lunch time and paus from the sun. All in all we had a great week and can warmly recommend a stay there"
