Studio, totally independent, located in the heart of the natural park, with access on foot in a few minutes (12-15 minutes) to small and hidden coves and the exclusive naturist beach of Sonabia, little frequented.
The studio is located on the ground floor of a rustic style house and
It has a porch with outdoor furniture, a terrace and a garden with fantastic views of the sea, the Candina mountain and the eyes of the devil.

It is composed of the same space as a bedroom and a living room, with very beautiful views. It has a sofa that can be converted into a double bed. It also has a small desk, a dining table and a small equipped kitchen. A new bathroom with a shower.

From the studio you can see the only clutch of vultures in Europe that faces the sea with more than 70 pairs of vultures that nest on its top, in addition to being able to enjoy viewing different exceptional birds, as it is included as IBA (Important Bird Area) in the inventory of Important Areas for the Conservation of Birds in Spain and owes its importance to its interest for several species of protected birds such as the griffon vulture, Egyptian vulture, peregrine falcon or shag, as it is a PROTECTED SPACE BY THE RED NATURA 2000 and sponsored by SEO BIRD LIFE.
The average ambient temperature during the summer is 18-20 degrees at night and 22-28 degrees during the day, so there is no need for air conditioning.
In winter the ambient temperature ranges between 3-10 degrees at night and between 10-16 degrees during the day, but on many days it is 16-21 degrees. It can snow for one or two days throughout the winter (it has not snowed at all in recent years).
The temperature of the sea water oscillates in August between 23-24 degrees, perfect for swimming.
In Sonabia, there is public transport that will leave you 100 meters from the apartment (although the service is spaced, so it is advisable to have a vehicle).
There is a good restaurant just 100 meters from the apartment that is only open in the summer season.
