Loved the ocean view room . It was chic and clean. This place has so much potential but the breakfast was below average and the customer service could be better. We had to contact Expedia directly and we find Expedia is more helpful than the hotel staffs.

Lovely hotel and good value off season as limited facilities available. It was great as it was nice and quiet. Beautiful sea views and location. Everywhere was spotlessly clean. Breakfast was very good with plenty of choice. Overall we really enjoyed our stay. Just a couple of disappointments - the balcony had a very high front so when you sat down you couldn’t see the view! The sides were low so very open to neighbours and anyone smoking on their balcony. We had to keep the doors shut at times to keep smoke out of our room.( We were told we couldn’t swap rooms ) Also worth noting that all the balconies were in the shade in the afternoon when we visited in late September.

Un très joli hôtel bien situé avec une très belle déco !!! Une vue époustouflante !!! Bonne possibilité de baignade avec transats !non loin du village qui manque toutefois d’animation !!! Heureusement Otranto n’est pas loin et plein de vie !!!!

Hôtel bord de mer !! La mer couleur émeraude est extraordinaire !! Des chaises et parasol étaient inclus dans notre forfait ! Une partie de l'hôtel a été rénovée , nous étions dans une grande chambre avec balcon et vue sur la mer dans l'ancienne partie et c'était parfait ! Les meilleurs resto sont au centre ville (prenez le petit train 3$ euro par personne)

Vi har tidigare bott på Roccia när vi besökt Castro och då tyckt att det var läget som var bra. Men nu efter att största delen av hotellet renoverats är hela upplevelsen mycket tillfredsställande. Framförallt vill vi lyfta fram den härliga personalen och framförallt Giovanni som gav oss fin frukost.

Vacanza piacevole

Ho soggiornato solo per una notte. Esperienza positiva, molto positiva. La ragazza alla reception Giulia, è stata molto gentile nelle operazioni di check-in e di check-out. L'albergo è situato in un posto unico da cui si gode di un panorama mozzafiato dall'alba al tramonto. Tutto sommato l'hotel è un 4 stelle ma un po' datato. Il bagno della mia camera la 201, ha una doccia piuttosto piccola. All'interno della stanza vi è un condizionatore che non può restare acceso la notte in quanto si trova quasi sopra il letto. Le zanzare sono presenti ma l'hotel ha provveduto a dotare ogni stanza con un fornelletto per le zanzare. Quello che però mi ha un po' infastidito è stato il fatto che si può usufruire dell' ombrellone e dei lettini (sulla spiaggia privata dell'hotel) solo nella giornata di arrivo. Io sono arrivata alle 11 e il check-in si può effettuare dopo le 13. Il giorno successivo bisogna lasciare la stanza Entro le 10 e l'ombrellone deve essere pagato se si vuole restare in spiaggia (nonostante la poca affluenza di gente nelle ultime giornate di agosto). Considerato che i clienti si recano nell'hotel per il mare, consiglierei di permettere loro di usufrire dell'ombrellone e lettini, Non necessariamente pagando €30 (Considerato anche che il prezzo per la camera è di €170 a notte). Per il resto L'esperienza è stata positiva, anche la colazione non mi ha deluso quindi grazie al personale di servizio e a chi si dà da fare per offrire un vacanza piacevole.

Disappointing stay - hotel should be ashamed

Lovely location, but the story begins and ends there. Our rooms AC was broken and the mattress literally had sags which hit the floor they were so old. There were no windows that opened, so we had to sleep with the front door open. Staff didn’t seem to care and was rude, shrugging their shoulder that we were stuck sleeping in 32/90 degree heat. Sadly, this is a run down hotel that should not be anything near 4 star and happens to have a nice location. Management hasn’t invested in keeping the place up so windows are broken, walls and stairs are cracking and the furniture is breaking. We stay at lots (ie 50+ nights a year) of hotels and rarely write very negative reviews. This place should be skipped!

atemberaubende Aussicht auf das Meer vom Hotelzimmerbalkon aus. Das beste Essen ever, dass ich je gegessen habe;-) Komplimente an allen Köche und Küchenpersonal. Sehr familiäre und angenehme Atmosphäre unter dem Personal sowie gegenüber den Kunden. Aufgestelltes Personal und immer hilfsbereit. Giovanni, unser Kellner und Sonnenschein hat uns mit seiner aufgestellte und professionelle Arbeitsweise, welche er jeden Tag mit einem Lächeln gemeistert hat, Freude und Wohlgefühl vermittelt. Tolles Hotel, schöne Zimmer mit wahnsinnigem Ausblick über die Bucht vom Castro Marina. Super freundliches Personal, Frühstück könnte in wenig üppiger sein.

South of Italy with a Greek flair I love everything about the place I wish I had booked a bigger room the regular was kind of small for the amount of luggage I had but everything else was amazing! The beach club is like a swimming pool made by the sea... colorful floats everywhere the food in the restaurant superb and the staff super nice!

Very Veey nice boutique hotel on the best location

Extremely recommend this hotel, we were two adults and two children, so they gave us a room on the main floor with a king size bed and a sofa bed, opening the doors and windows directly on the water. No need of swimming pool because you can dive into the crystal clear and cool water of the bay from the hotel deck. Enjoy the best view seating and drinking an aperol spritz!
