It is located on the Asturian central coast, in the town of Pillarno, 7 minutes from the coast and the mountains, to enjoy unforgettable days in nature, practicing all kinds of outdoor activities.
- It is surrounded by a farm of more than one hectare of land, with a garden, meadow with fruit trees, prepared with barbecue and outdoor patio.
It consists of two double rooms with their own bathroom, a double room, a single room, a kitchen equipped with a fridge, microwave, washing machine, digital ceramic hob and small appliances.

It is located in the town of Pillarno, which has a privileged situation to move to any point in Asturias without making major trips. It belongs to the municipality of Castrillón, also known as "the municipality of the seven beaches", due to its many kilometers of sand and sea: Salinas, Santa María del Mar, San Juan, Bayas, Arnao, El Sablón, etc., and six kilometers from the Asturian Central Coast. Nestled in a valley, its vegetation is green and lush. An ideal place to rest.

We found our stay, 6 days in September, unique in the sense that gave us a feel for country living in Asturias. The “cottage” was quaint and well equipped, and petite with rooms in different levels, not too suited for people with walking difficulties. One definitely needs an off line map of that area to navigate and find the right roads to get around!! and get home at night! If one wants to eat out, you will need to drive to other towns as there is only one restaurant near by which we did not visit.Although the cottage felt remote, ( it is about 20 minutes drive from the coast) it was very close to Aviles , GIJON, Cudillero, Salinas and the beautiful beaches along Asturias coast!Ramon and Sara were very nice and cordial.

El alojamiento es acogedor, dispone de los servicios ofrecidos en el anuncio y los propietarios fueron atentos con nosotros ya que se comunicaban cuando lo necesitábamos.Por otro lado, los colchones son bastante duros, el sofá es necesario cambiarlo y el agua tiene poquísima presión. También faltó un poco de leña para el primer día aunque nos recibieron con un dulce típico asturiano

BUENISIMA SEMANA

La experiencia ha sido muy buena. El lugar es muy bonito en la montaña y cerca de las playas en coche. El dueño de la casa Ramon, un tio muy majo que te ayuda en lo que necesites. la unica pega, las almohadas de las camas de matrimonio que son rompecuellos.....yo las pondria individuales y menos gordas. Lo digo como critica constructiva. Lo hemos pasado bomba con la barbacoa. Esperamos repetir.

Buena ubicación

Hemos pasado unas excelentes vacaciones en esta zona de Asturias con nuestra perrita. Lo mejor de la casa es su buena ubicación , cerca de la mejor playa de perros de España y de muchos lugares preciosos. Un inconveniente importante es la poca cobertura de móvil y la baja calidad del wifi. La casa esta bien pero necesitaría ys algunas reformas, sobre todo de las duchas y de los sofas del salón. El jardín esta muy bien pero es una pena que no esté vallado, para poder estar mas tranquilos sin preocuparse por si la perrita se escapa. Ramón muy atento y amable.

La casa está muy bien, Ramon es muy atento, está pendiente de cualquier cosa que sus huéspedes puedan necesitar y te aconseja sobre sitios que visitar, la única peguilla es que no hay cobertura en la casa pero por lo demás todo muy bien

Estancia inmejorable

Respecto al alojamiento tiene todo lo prometido, añadiendo el WiFi, creíamos que no tenía y fue una grata sorpresa cuando Ramón nos dijo que si habría. Hemos estado cómodos, la ubicación es bastante buena, con buen acceso y un pueblo a 7 min con todos los servicios. Un gran acierto alojarnos aquí y planeando nuevas escapadas contando con alojarnos de nuevo con Ramón.

La casa es cómoda y no le falta de nada. Está bien situada y cerca de un montón de playas preciosas. Ramón fue muy amable y nos recomendó varios sitios para visitar. Recomendable.

Un sitio muy tranquilo. La descripción se correspondía con lo que nos encontramos. Un punto negativo fue la conectividad: dentro de la casa no había cobertura móvil ni tampoco tenía Wi-Fi.

Bastante regular. Los colchones de poca calidad (duros), no había horno y tampoco teníamos cobertura. Para comunicarnos por teléfono había que salir de la casa a 50 metros .

Extraordinario

Nos reunimos un grupo de amigos amplio, 6 parejas que no nos veíamos hacia mucho tiempo. Venían de Las Palmas, Albacete, Granada, Madrid, Sevilla y nosotros como anfitriones que somos de la zona. Marcharon encantados, el entorno, la tranquilidad, la cercanía a poblaciones con cosas que visitar, las playas, la comida, en fin un cumulo de emociones que se unieron al de la amistad. Las casas en si dan mucho juego. Tienen todo lo necesario para comer desayunos, etc. El entorno es fabuloso con unas praderas grandes, donde dejar el coche y hasta para jugar al ping pong. La barbacoa con su casita aparte con fregadero y la mesa cerca. En fin estuvimos una semana y se nos hizo muy corto, aparte de las visitas pasamos muy buenos momentos en las casas, fue inolvidable.

Ha sido una maravilla

Nunca suelo comentar nada en estos sitios, pero esta vez el alojamiento merece la pena. Los dueños son encantadores, preocupándose de todos los detalles. El entorno es una maravilla, si desde luego lo que buscas es encontrar un poco de paz. Además está cerquísima de localidades preciosas como Avilés, Salinas o Cudillero. El pueblo, Pillarno, muy bonito y muy tranquilo. El dúplex donde nos alojamos es precioso, todo muy limpio y cuidado con mucho detalle. Ha sido una experiencia reparadora, volveríamos sin dudarlo.

Para repetir, sin duda

Estuvimos a mediados de agosto y alquilamos las dos casas pequeñas ya que éramos 4 adultos y 2 niños. Están en la misma callecita enfrente la una de la otra. De las casas, están bien decoradas, con elementos originales y antigüos que le dan un toque rústico; pero a la vez están reformadas y totalmente limpias. La ubicación es buenísima porque están muy cerca de un gran núcleo, Piedras Blancas y Aviles y cerca de la autovía, pero conservan el entorno rural, con sus prados, árboles, granjas, etc.. Del trato de la dueña, estupendo. Muy atenta y amable pero respetando la privacidad de los huéspedes. Mis niños disfrutaron mucho de andar por los alrededores, dar de comer a las gallinas de los vecinos de enfrente, un arroyito cercano, etc... En fin, que lo único que lamentamos es no poder quedarnos más días. La recomiendo al 100% (y llevo más de 15 años frecuentando alojamientos rurales). Un saludo desde Toledo. Excelente estancia

Fuimos un grupo de amigos a pasar una semana a la casa La Tenada. El pueblo es precioso y muy tranquilo y está muy bien situado. La casa es muy acojedora y está todo muy limpio. Tienen una sala de ping pong a la lado de la casa, que consideramos un acierto, además de tener una zona verde bastante amplia. Los dueños soy muy agradables. La recomendamos.
