"Got a room on 5th floor, it looked recently done, very clean, very comfortable bed. Nice shower gel shampoo combo. Good breakfast. Coffee machine a bit slow, it would be great if they added an extra one. Good selection of foods, scrambled eggs and bacon and usual cold deli, bread rolls, bread to toast, pastries, yoghurts, fruit selection etc. Not far from a bus stop. Water dispenser in a corridor, jug and paper cups in room. Would have loved a kettle but didn't bother asking for 1 night."

"We were greeted by two lovely young women who made us feel extremely welcome. They were patient and thoughtful in the orientation, anticipating all our questions and needs. They were clear and responsive during our correspondence. Our room on the first floor was clean, and the ac cooled the temperature down quickly with the aid of a fan. Despite a big street festival taking place just outside, we heard no noise from either the live music or the crowds and slept well."
