Natural Beauty and Perfect privacy

The views are spectacular. The best swimming pool ever. We played my tennis on the private court all the time. A large family owned property that is very private. Lorenzo was so responsive and helpful about everything—reservations and so on. Highly recommended.

A memorable experience

Thanks Lorenzo and team, our family had a truly memorable stay! The property was stellar, and surprisingly, better than the photos depict. We found the location on the ocean to be picturesque, and we were well positioned to visit the best of Tuscany. We appreciated the support you provided - in particular the extra coffee ;) Looking forward to our next visit

Wonderful house with character

Our family stayed at this house for almost 3 weeks in July. The location is within a private park with only 2 other houses on the other side of the small valley. The house has a large swimming pool with excellent views. The rocky beach is accessible in 3 mins via a footpath. There are two bedrooms upstairs with their own terrace and two downstairs close to the pool. The house is a couple of decades old, but has good amenities and a lot of character. One can see that the owner family uses it regularly and it is not just for renting out. Lorenzo, the owner, was very responsive throughout and he organized everything perfectly. We look forward to staying here again in the future.

Amazing and unforgettable!

We had a fantastic holiday! The property is even better than it looks from the pictures, with a view that is truly breathtaking. The house is very well equipped, nothing is missing: all details and finishings are of a house that belongs and is lived by the owner, not just set up for being rented. Personnel is very professional and polite and Lorenzo, the property manager, solves every problem and helps with arranging additional activities (boat rentals, tennis lessons, ...). Thank you very much and look forward to be back!

Wonderful stay

I stayed at Villa Chiara at Punta Ala last year The location is stunning : overlooking the sea with breathtaking views of this enchanted spot of Tuscany . I was warmly welcomed by our guest who showed us all the facilities of the villa with kindness and professionality . He lives not far from the villa and he is always active and ready to fulfill all the needs of the guests . The Villa is extremely clean and elegant,fully equipped with all what is necessary (and even more) ,rooms are big and cozy . There is a private access to the beach,even if we preferred to cycle around and choose other beaches not far .. There are restaurants nearby ,but at night the atmosphere is so romantic that we preferred always to eat at home . I have also to underline something that I didn’t like: the time was too short so we had to come back too soon .)) We definitely will come back again it is in our bucket list at first place .

Breathtaking place!

A lovely place. My family and I have had the pleasure of discovering this corner of paradise facing the sea and with a view that is truly breathtaking. Impeccable cleanliness, maximum attention to even the smallest detail. Nothing has been left to chance. There are also wonderful excursions and activities of various kinds on site. The only real flaw was having to leave. I will definitely be back
