Good location, no complaints. Staff were very pleasant. My room had a good sized main room plus a loft with 3 additional beds. It was clean and everything worked. Breakfast was superb if a little heavy on the sweets. The hotel is an easy walk to the castle -well, at least to the STEPS of the castle. Yep, I’d stay here again and very likely will.

Non è né in centro nè al lago. Indispensabile l’uso dell’automobile. La stanza aveva una finestra sviluppata in lunghezza ma non in larghezza (50 cm circa) con conseguenti condizioni di illuminazione e areazione insufficienti. Nel bagno lo spazio destinato al bidet era angusto, stretto come era tra il box doccia e il water. La carta igienica non esiste.... è stata sostituita da fazzolettini ( stile quelli che si trovano negli appositi contenitori sui tavoli da bar. Non c’erano saponette. Presente solo un dosatore, vicino al lavandino ( di fianco ), in posizione alta è sprovvisto della levetta per far uscire il sapone. Il contenitore dello stesso doveva essere fortemente spremuto ( tipo dentifricio) per poter far fuoriuscire il sapone. Nessun dosatore accanto al bidet e nessuna saponetta. Il frigobar non era funzionante. Nella stanza era presente una sola presa a muro in posizione scomodissima, sotto la “scrivania”, accanto al frigorifero. Colazione pessima. La mattina del primo giorno c’erano cornetti letteralmente bruciati. Pochissima scelta. Un tre stelle scadente. Da sconsigliare.

Ottimo fine settimana

Già all arrivo alla reception gentili e molto esaustivi hotel bello e soprattutto camera e bagno puliti piscina esterna pulitissima è tenuta bene colazione abbondante con scelta di dolce e salato ma sopratutto gentili e con il sorriso (che alla mattina mettono di buon umore ) tirando le somme merita come hotel

Close to the train station and a nice walk up to the castle or over to the lake. Most important during a European heatwave, the room had excellent AC! (Often not the case, even when a hotel advertises AC.) The breakfast was just okay, but I cannot recommend eating at the hotel restaurant highly enough - some of the best food I've had in Italy!

Ophold på Hotel della Corona

Opholdet var samlet set OK. Vi overnattede i oktober, og hotellet bar tydeligt præg på, at turistsæsonen var lukket ned for i år. Restauranten og poolen var lukket, og vi var ganske få, der overnattede på hotellet. Hotellet var typisk italiensk med tunge og mørke møbler, men værelset var trods det OK der var både eget bad, lille terrasse til poolområdet, fjernsyn og gratis wifi. Morgenmaden var ikke så spændende. Men beliggenheden var supergod. Der var ca. 1 km. til Castiglione Centrum, som var rigtig spændende med en stor borg og beliggenhed ved Trasimenosøen.

Pas mauvais mais sans grand charme.

Pas un mauvais établissement, mais rien d'accrocheur. Des chambres sans grand charme, un petit déjeuner basique dans une grande salle et une piscine où il faut mettre des bonnets de bains, ce que plus personne ne fait. Wifi se déclenchant constamment. En fait, cet hôtel est resté au XXème siècle.

Nice hotel in a nice town.

This hotel is very nice. It was the off season so the restaurant wasn’t open for the 3 guests. It really looks like a fun place to stay in the summer. It’s a cute town. Lovely lake and a well preserved old town. The front desk was kind and helpful.

Castle of the Lion on the Lake!!!!

This was a cute hotel and a lovely family who ran it. We were there in the off season so we got VIP service. The town is an easy walk and what a sweet walled city it is. We had dinner inside the city wall twice at a superb restaurant called Mona Lisa. I can’t say enough about this town.

As always this hotel was a fantastic stay. Great location to travel around Tuscany. Large very clean room and super friendly staff. Would recommend to anyone. They also made my fiancé a birthday card and gave us a bottle of wine to celebrate.

Soggiorno soddisfacente. L'hotel è carino. Personale disponibile, qualche disfunzione nel bagno. L'HOTEL è munito di piscina e posto auto. Per chi utilizza il treno, è un po' lontano dalla stazione e dal centro storico che è veramente bello e vivace.

Di passaggio .. e stato utile per visitare il lago....peccato per il tempo che non ci ha permesso di guardare più in dettaglio i luoghi...per l'hotel meriterebbe una revisione all'impianto di climatizzazione perché troppo rumoroso per la notte. ..
