I have been in 3 starts and 4 starts hotels that I didn’t feel this much comfortable and well served. Everything from the beginning to the very end was perfect. "While staff was nice and helpful,There were problems with our room. The air conditioner did not work. We reported this the next morning and we’re told that we should have called the front desk to turn it on. It is hot in Pisa at this time of year . In fact, our room temperature for the night was 26.9. There was nothing in our room to advise us to contact the front desk to turn it on. Nor were, we told at check in. It was a rough night."
