Fantastic position!
The house have a fantastic position, few minutes walking from the amazing beach Sinzias. The appartement is really well furnished and situated in a residential area. The owner is very nice and helpful!!

Nettes Häuschen , wenige Minuten zu Fuß zum wunderschönen Strand.
Das Haus ist zweckmäßig eingerichtet, in der Küche ist alles notwendige vorhanden. Der Backofen war leider in einem nicht akzeptablen Zustand. Im Außenbereich hätten wir uns 2 gemütliche Liegestühle gewünscht. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Antonio ist ein sehr netter und Aufmerksamer Gastgeber.

Bellissima casetta immersa nel verde del giardino a pochi metri dal mare dove la notte si possono sentire le onde del mare Ottima posizione centrale tra Costa Rei e Villasimius... Bellissima accoglienza da parte dei proprietari Sig. Antonio e moglie che ringraziamo tanto e per chi ama gli animali potrete godere della presenza di gattini che si aggirano in cerca di coccole. Der Hausstrand ist nur ein paar Minuten zu Fuss entfernt und weitere schöne Strände gibt es in kurzer Entfernung. Was braucht es mehr?

Optimal für Strandurlaub
Das Häuschen liegt in der Nähe des Traumstrands Costa Rei und in der Nähe wunderbarer anderer Strände. Ein Mietwagen bei Anreise mit Flugzeug ist empfehlenswert. Die sehr hilfsbereiten Vermieter (sprechen nur italienisch, aber mit el. Übersetzer kein Problem ;) haben sich auch trotz unserer späten Ankunft viel Zeit genommen und alles erklärt. Zur Ausstattung: - Die Möbel und das Küchengeschirr sind etwas abgenutzt. - Die Betten (Matratzen) sind hervorragend. - Es sind genügend Handtücher vorhanden. - Zum Kaffeekochen gibt es 2 kleine Espressokocher (8-Eck). Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Für Menschen mit Gehbehinderung ist das Objekt nicht geeignet wegen der vielen Stufen.

Das Haus liegt nah am Strand und ist in 5 Minuten zu erreichen. Das Haus ist klein und gemütlich, man füllt sich da sehr wohl

Relax e mare meraviglioso
Abbiamo trascorso 12 giorni nella villetta del sig. Antonio e della sig.ra Maria, fin da subito di sono dimostrati estremamente gentili e disponibili. Ci siamo sentiti subito a nostro agio. Nella villetta non manca proprio nulla, apprezzata la griglia la doccia esterna e la veranda dove pranzare e cenare tranquillamente. La spiaggia meravigliosa è vicino e di raggiunge comodamente a piedi. Il posto ideale per chi cerca pace e tranquillità. Grazie per l accoglienza.

Abbiamo soggiornato con un neonato di 3 mesi in questa meravigliosa casa a pochi passi dal mare. Casa molto comoda per raggiungere la spiaggia attrezzata. I propritari sono stati molto cortesi e gentili.
