"We stayed at Le Volpaie to attend an Andrea Bocelli concert (fantastic) and the location was great. It is also perfectly located between Voltarre and San Gimignano for exploring some beautiful cities. The hotel is clean and very nice with very friendly and helpful staff. Great pool! "We loved our stay. The hotel had really nice breakfasts included and the pool was fantastic after a hot day walking around the old city. We had a standard room and we were expecting it to be small. It was very small - it was difficult to find space for our cases and the shower was so small that it was hard to use it without banging your elbows. The room did include a nice outdoor balcony which made up for the super small room. The hotel was an easy walk into the old city."

The room accommodations and beds are very comfortable, but the AC had trouble keeping up with the 90 degree days…especially with a mezzanine sleeping space. Regardless, we had a wonderful time.
