This luxury, modern apartment is located in the picturesque, medieval town of Castelsardo. The apartment boasts beautiful sea views from the large balcony and an open-plan spacious layout.

Just a short walk to the medieval centre of town with its array of wonderful restaurants and shops, and just a few hundred metres to the sea, the apartment is superbly located.

There are 2 bedrooms, 1 double bedroom and 1 bedroom with a double sofa-bed, both of which have air-conditioning and wardrobes. There is 1 bright and airy bathroom with shower, luxury fittings and washing machine.

From the living/kitchen area, double doors lead to a large main balcony with sea views and outdoor dining area with sun parasol, a perfect space for enjoying meal times and the sensational sunset.

The fully-fitted modern kitchen is well equipped with dishwasher, gas hob, oven, coffee machine and toaster. The living area has a TV and DVD player for relaxing nights in.

The apartment has been beautifully renovated with high-vaulted wooden ceilings, luxury décor and has been designed with comfort in mind.

Alles in allem auf jeden Fall eine Reise wert.

Luxus Appartement ist vielleicht ein bisschen übertrieben ( kleine Dusche) , aber ansonsten völlig in Ordnung. Tolle Terrasse. Räumlichkeiten waren klimatisiert. Die Betreuung über WhatsApp ( Valentina) war überragend gut.

Schönes Appartment inmitten der Altstadt

Die Wohnung liegt zentral und dennoch ruhig. Die Ausrichtung nach Süd Osten sorgt dafür, dass man den Sonnenaufgang zum Frühstück auf der Terrasse genießen kann. Ein großer Nachteil an der Terrasse ist, dass die dort deponierten Mülltonnen und Gasflaschen nicht zumindest durch einen Vorhang von der restlichen Terrasse abgetrennt sind. Somit hat man die ganze Zeit diesen unschönen Blick... Die großartigen Sonnenuntergänge an der Westküste genossen wir in der nahegelegenen Sunset Bar die dafür hervorragend geeignet ist. Das parken am Haus ist nicht immer ganz einfach, aber wir haben immer einen Platz gefunden entlang der Straße. Allerdings sollte man auf den eingezeichneten Flächen nicht parken, da diese kostenpflichtig sind und Kontrollen regelmäßig durchgeführt werden und ein Strafzettel somit garantiert ist ;-) Das bezahlen eines solchen Strafzettels war auch Neuland für uns. Dazu muss man die Telefonnummer auf dem Strafzettel wählen und der Kontrolleur kommt dann nach einer „gewissen“ Zeit an den „Ort des Geschehens„ und man zahlt bar. Tipp: Da wir der italienischen Sprache nicht so mächtig sind, haben wir eine nette Bedienung in einer nahe gelegenen Bar gebeten dies für uns zu übernehmen – was diese sehr gerne und freundlich getan hat. Ansonsten ist die Wohnung sehr schön renoviert, wirkt neuwertig und ist mit allem ausgestattet was man für einen Aufenthalt so braucht. Allerdings wäre wünschenswert, dass beim Einzug zumindest in der Küche noch ein paar Basics vorhanden wären- zumindest einen Schwamm oder Putzlappen und eine Flasche Wasser im Kühlschrank etc...In der Straße befindet sich ein kleiner Lebensmittelladen, wo man auch Brötchen kaufen kann, ein Obst- und Gemüseladen sowie ein Metzger und zwei tolle Restaurants. Die Kommunikation mit Valentina war immer tipptopp. Auch die fehlenden Geschirrhandtücher wurden zeitnah besorgt. Alles in allem war es für uns ein toller Aufenthalt in diesem Apartment und wir würden wiederkommen.

Traumurlaub zu Zweit mit dem besten Blick der Stadt.

Super gelegene regelrechte Luxuswohnung mit traumhaftem Blick auf die Bucht und den Ort. Sehr nah am Zentrum und dem alten Castel gelegen. Parksituation etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig! Aber immer was bekommen. Viel Ausstattung und gemütlich eingerichtet. Könnten sofort die Koffer packen und nochmal die schöne Zeit dort verbringen.

Eine schöne Zeit in Catelsardo

Schöne Wohnung mit großem Balkon und toller Aussicht am Rande der Altstadt von Castelsardo. Für den Alltag kann man viel zu Fuß erledigen, für das Erreichen der schönen Strände benötigt man ein Auto. Parkmöglichkeiten direkt am Haus eingeschränkt, Mülltrennung und Entsorgung etwas kompliziert.

Castelsardo ist eine wundervolle kleine Hafenstadt. Man kann in der näheren Umgebung viele tolle Ausflüge unternehmen und am Abend wieder in die gemütliche Ferienwohnung zurückkehren und den Sonnenuntergang auf der Dachterasse genießen.

Moderne Ferienwohnung direkt in Castelsardo

Die Ferienwohnung kann man nur empfehlen: modern hergerichtet, schöne Terrasse mit Ausblick auf die Küste, kurze Wege in Castelsardo, Geschirrspüler usw. Die für's gelegentliche Kochen notwendigen Küchenutensilien sind soweit auch vorhanden. Wir haben die Zeit hier Ende September/Anfang Oktober sehr genossen. Castelsardo selbst bietet einiges zum Entdecken und Erkunden und die vielen kleinen Gassen und Restaurants sind sehr schön. Zudem ist Castelsardo ein guter Ausgangspunkt für den gesamten Nordwesten der Insel. Also absolute Empfehlung!

Sehr schicke Wohnung, sehr gute Betreuung

Ein paar kleine Macken hat jede Ferienwohnung, diese hier aber ausnehmend wenige. Highlights sind unter anderem die wirklich große Terrasse und die perfekt einzustellenden Lamborghini Klimaanlagen. Das ganze neben der Traumlage mitten im Zentrum.

Die Wohnung ist gut gelegen und der Ort ist wunderschön. Minuspunkt: unzureichendeBeschreibung auf Englisch, ( Müllentsorgung, Parksituation), fehlende Adapter, fehlendes Reinigungsmaterial, fehlende Information bei Stromausfall in der Wohnung. Aber Kontaktperson vor Ort, schnelle Lösung. Alles in allem war es ein wunderschöner Urlaub mit traumhafter Umgebung und sehr netten Nachbarn. Ich würde dieses Quartier immer weiter empfehlen.

Wir würden wiederkommen!

Wir können das Appartment wirklich nur empfehlen. Es sieht genauso aus wie auf den Bildern. Die Zimmer sind groß genug, alles ist modern und sauber. Die Terrasse ist Spitze. Man muss sich auch nicht den Kopf verrenken, um das Meer zu sehen. Wir hatten jetzt im September bis zum frühen Nachmittag Sonne. Andererseits sitzt man sonst auch gut geschützt unter dem Dach. Das Appartment liegt in einer ruhigen Straße mit authentischer Nachbarschaft, so dass man auch noch etwas vom "echten Leben" mitkriegt. Man erreicht durchaus alles zu Fuß, von der Altstadt, über nette Lokale, Supermarkt bis hin zum kleinen (wenn auch weniger idyllischen) Strand von Castelsardo. Je mehr Orte wir während unseres zweiwöchigen Aufenthalts besucht haben, desto mehr wussten wir auch Castelsardo als Standort zu schätzen. Hier hat man durchaus das Gefühl, dass nicht alles nur auf Touristen ausgelegt ist. Probleme mit der Sicherung, dem Wasserdruck oder dem WiFi hatten wir gar nicht. Alles funktionierte bestens.

Mooi appartement en omgeving! Een aanrader!

We hebben een heerlijke week gehad in het appartement in Castelsardo. Het appartement was schoon en netjes met een ruim balkon waarvan uit je schitterend op de zee uitkeek! Fijn dat er airco aanwezig was niet alleen tegen de warmte maar ze waren ook heel stil. Er was veel info over waar er mooie stranden zijn, leuke stadjes en waar je lekker kan eten. Daar hebben we zeker gebruik van gemaakt! Je maakt echt deel uit van dit mooie stadje en er waren leuke feesten 's avonds. We hadden de eerste dagen een internet probleem maar dat hebben we weten op te lossen met de eigenaar. Het enige min punt was dat de stoppen kunnen doorslaan als je bijvoorbeeld én de oven aan hebt én de wasmachine. Dan moet je beneden in de stoppenkast de schakelaar weer omzetten. Maar dat was ook het enige. Kortom we hebben een super vakantie gehad en dit appartement is echt een aanrader!

Nice calm stay

Everything worked out just fine regarding this booking. The appartment was clean, and situated in quiet surroundings. The beds are good, even though one of the rooms are rather small for adults. The kitchen is well equiepped. It was very nice with the dish washer. The air conditioner was perfect and quiet in all the rooms. The terrace is quite big, and has both sun and shade. The internet also worked fine.

Schöner Ausblick, ruhige & zentrale Lage

Lage & Aufteilung der Wohnung nebst Terasse waren Klasse! Alles gepflegt und sauber. Wer damit kein Problem hat, dass der Wasserdruck stark schwankt (zu Stoßzeiten kann es mal passieren, dass man auf dem Trockenen sitzt) oder die Sicherung rausfliegt, wird sich dort gut erholen!

Tolles Appartment in herrlicher Lage.

Das Appartment ist sehr modern und geschmackvoll eingerichtet und alles wirkt brandneu.Die Lage des Hauses ist am Hang des Berges,an dem sich die kleine Stadt befindet.(sehr idyllisch).Tolle Aussicht auf schön großem Balkon. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und viele Restaurants in unmittelbarer Nähe Wir haben wunderbare 14 Tage dort verbracht und es hat an nichts gefehlt. (Klimaanlage und sogar Waschmaschine sind da)Generell braucht man schon ein Auto. Wärmstens zu empfehlen.

Very nice apartment in nice location

Very nice and brand new apartment, right in the middl between the charming historic town center and the beach of Castelsardo, considerd as one of the absolute must sees of Sardinia. Castelsardo is also ideally located to reach close by other hotspots such Costa Paradiso, Stintino, Alghero, Valledoria, Lu Bagnu or the stunning "Valle della Luna-valley" fo mountain lovers or road bikers such as me. Big compliment also to Jackson and his colleague Valentina in Castelsardo.

Wonderful Castelsardo

The apartment is great - everything looks brand new - from the furnitures to the tableware. Lots of space for the 2 of us! And there was nothing we missed. Wifi performance is fast and stable, streaming is no problem. Location of the property is in a small quiet lane, balcony (with sunbeds) is spacious with partially seaview. Castelsardo itself is an impressing little town where it's easy to get arround with no car. We recommend to learn a few phrases Italian - almost nobody speaks englisch or german. To go to the beach you definitely need a car! But we enjoyed living in a pure italian neighbourhood with no other tourists arround. All locals were very friendly, one of the neighbours even moved his car so that we could park in front of the apt house when we moved in. Parking at all is no problem close to the building. All in all a great experience!

Nice apartment near the old town

I spent 2 sunny weeks in this very nice flat with a beautiful terrace with the sea view. The apartment is just like in the photos. We were 2 but there is space for 3/4 person. The living space is light and it could be hot during the day but 2 bedrooms are cool and good to sleep. I never used the air condition even it was available and during 2 weeks the temperature was about 30 C. Castelsardo is considered one of the most beautiful medieval old town in Italy. A good exercise to walk up steps to the old town every evening after the dinner! There are plenty of restaurants and pizzeria near by. Castelsardo is a good location to visit all the northern cost up to Stintino and to Santa Teresa di Gallura (both are about 1h 15 min drive). I don't give 5 start just because the flat is without WIFI and some (very) small but useful things that were missing in the kitchen and in the bathroom. Parking in August with lots of tourist can be difficult but I didn't matter to walk down to parking area (about 300 m but with stairs near the restaurant La Vignaccia). I highly recommend the flat.
