Highly recommended!

We had a wonderful stay here, with a friendly front desk and perfect comfort. The hotel was very clean, and the pleasant scent of wood in the room made us feel relaxed. Breakfast was excellent, and the view while enjoying it in the morning was another delight. Dinner at the hotel’s Michelin-starred restaurant, Anna Stuben, gave us a truly memorable experience as well. We will definitely come back the next time we are in Ortisei. Highly recommended!

For a 5 stars luxury hotel, I expect that it will be by more generous. There is no free mini bar in the room except two bottles of water.. Thr free afternoon buffet snack bar offer little food except a few pieces of sushi.

O Hotel Gardena Grödnerhof é maravilhoso, a gente se sente em casa literalmente! Todos os elogios não são suficientes, ele realmente é impressionante. Preciso agradecer ao Simon que nos atendeu muitíssimo bem na chegada ao Hotel, muito solícito, simpático, educado. A limpeza do nosso quarta estava nota 1000, não tenho certeza mas no nome da moça quem cuidou do nosso quarto se chamava Irina, um encanto de pessoa. E o café da manhã??? Simplesmente fantástico!!! Todos os produtos frescos, os pães, os croissants, o capuccino, até o omelete estava delicioso!!! Amei cada detalhe... O Spa também, muito agradável, super completo, faltou tempo para curtir mais, com certeza voltarei a me hospedar por mais tempo. E para fechar com chave de ouro, nos presentearam com um pote de mel no check out... achei de uma delicadeza incrível!!! Obrigada mais uma vez por tudo Gardena Grödnerhof.

Ein sehr gutes empfehlenswertes Hotel mit freundlichem Personal und gutem Aktivprogramm. Stilvolles geräumiges Zimmer (Superior). Gutes Frühstücksbuffet. Einzig das Abendessen (Halbpension) erreichte deutlich keine *****. Manchmal färbt die Gourmetküche im eigenen Haus auf das normale Hotelrestaurant ab, hier klar nicht. Das Essen war durchschnittlich bis gut, die Suppen knapp genügend. Vermutlich teilweise Einsatz von Halbfertigprodukten. Positiv: Nebst dem Menu konnte ohne Aufpreis aus der a la Carte - Karte bestellt werden. Wir assen in manchem anderen ****-Hotel besser. Insgesamt jedoch weiterzuempfehlen.

Lovely relais chateaux in a great location.

The hotel is perfectly located within a very short walk to the cable car station to susi alms and close to the centre. The staff were very friendly. Loved the restaurant as they serve really good food and the staff were very attentive. The half board was excellent value. The rooms were clean and spacious too. They have a really nice indoor pool as well
