"malgré une météo peu sympathique. La maison est agréable, bien conçue, tout plein de produits ménagers et culinaires en cuisine. Le maximum est fait par Sylvie et son mari pour qu'on s'y sente bien. Les lits sont confortables, le salon accueillant avec sa vue extraordinaire sur le Lac de Castelnau. On ne s'en lasse pas, avec le soleil, avec les nuages, avec le vent ! Nous pensons y retourner car nous n'avons pas encore écumé tous les alentours..."

The setting was beautiful and the house was within easy walking distance of the village which seemed to have a good range of restaurants and small shops (although most were shut due to Covid restrictions). The owner and her family were very communicative and responsive, especially as we had some power cuts due to such a massive snow fall. We stayed as 6 adults and 6 children and the there was plenty...

The local town of Sainte Eulalie d'Olt is interesting with great shops and has a must-visit market on Saturdays. Further afield there are many little villages to explore.
