"Die Lage war sehr schön.Die beiden Wohnungen waren sauber. Die Klimaanlagen haben uns gut durch die Hitze gebracht. Das Interieur war rustikal, aber durchaus schön. Die Küchen, besonders die Ausstattung müsste mal erneuert werden. Der Pool war gut - jedoch war die Kamera welche den Pool beobachtet irritierend.Die Betreuung vor Ort war sehr gut."

"A truly wonderful place with a beautiful garden and an amazing pool area. The house had everything we needed, with comfortable sleeping arrangements, and it was exceptionally clean throughout. It is also a very pet-friendly place if you are traveling with pets. Marcello and his wife were very kind, welcoming, and helpful. The house is located on the outskirts of a small town, making it easy to explore Tuscany by car."

"Two important things were notable. The first was parking - the VRBO site advertised a garage, saying this was unusual for the area. There was no garage parking for cars, only a small lot that was usually full. Street parking was nearby. Second, we arrived about 7 pm on a Wednesday. There was nowhere to buy food to cook dinner or an open restaurant. The host tried to get a tavern to open for us without success. He told us that the only grocery store in town closes on Wednesdays. Our only option was to get in the car and drive for another 45 minute round trip to the closest open grocery store. If we were warned we could have easily dealt with this in advance.The tower itself is very unique, old, large, plenty of room, LOTS of stairs, Fun."

"From the very moment we confirmed our booking, Marina was helpful, providing us with timely communication and providing lots of little details to support our trip planning. She facilitated two activities (a wine tasting and a pasta making dinner) that were real highlights for us. The property was spotless and had everything (plus!) what we could have hoped for. I would make special note of the beautiful linens, well appointed rooms and multiple spaces in which to gather, share a meal or just relax. We were there with our two adult children, our daughter in law and our 9 month old grand son. The property was safe and inviting for our family. Lots of room to play as well. You do need to rent a car to visit this property; it is remote, which is what made it so wonderful for us. We travelled every day to the many local sites and events (easy and close) and then returned to our Olivello oasis. I cannot say enough about the beautiful time we had at Olivello. We will return!"
