While we were very excited to arrive, we were quickly let down once we realized what we expected to get with our stay was not possible. "The view, pool, area were perfect. However the room sadly affected our experience. Air conditioner was malfunctioning- it was colder outside! We didn’t have hot water in our shower. It’s desperately no isolated… we couldn’t sleep as we’re listen to almost everything. Overall we didn’t not appreciate our 3days."
