Ein sehr großes lichtdurchflutetes Appartment mit 70 m2 Größe viel Platz mit großem Balkon, 3 Klimageräte, zentrale, aber ruhige Lage. Aufzug, begehbare Dusche und separates WC weitere Pluspunkte. Küche hat sehr gute Ausstattung. Rollläden vorhanden.Staubsauger für die Hundehaare vorhanden, super!! Auch Waschmaschine benutzt
Leider in den Wasserleitungen sehr wenig Druck, wodurch nur wenig Wasser fließt, daher Duschen oder Waschen im Becken länger dauert wie normal.
Wasserboiler im Schrank war undicht, aber Schüssel drunter.
