Ruhig und schön

So, hier meine objektive Bewertung. Sehr schöne Wohnung mit Blick auf die Kanäle. Am Morgen mit Sonnenaufgang auf der Terrasse, Balkon. Sehr sauber und ruhig, in der Küche alles da zum kochen. Für die Flitterwochen, wo man sich so richtig austoben möchte, wegen den schmalen nebeneinander stehenden Betten, eher nicht geeignet. Deshalb nicht die volle Punktezahl.

Sympa presque parfait

Appartement très sympa et bien équipé décoration neutre mais agréable. Les plus : - Ustensiles de cuisine. - Terrasse . - Douche avec bonne pression et température d’eau. - Tv avec internet - État de l’appartement impeccable. À revoir: Les lits sont branlants et petits et surtout les matelas inconfortable et fatigué, les ressorts sont bruyants et très perceptibles. Sinon à part le lit tout top

Viva Empuria

Dans l'ensemble l'appartement est tres bien. Les plus : Il est renové récemment avec gout dans une jolie petite résidence, il est climatisé, il est bien situé ( stationnement facile, 10 min à pied du centre ville ), il y a une jolie vue depuis le balcon sur un petit port. Les moins : literie du canapé / lit pas confortable, télévision uniquement en espagnol, il manque des bols ( il n'y a que des tasses à café ). Le propriétaire est sur place et est trés sympathique. Je recommande cette location.

Appartement agréable,mais ...

Appartement agréable,mais peu d'équipement : 2 lits simples avec matelas fatigués.Pas de lave- vaisselle,pas de fer à repasser,pas de bains de soleil .Un peu juste pour un 3 étoiles.Belle vue sur le canal.

Nous avons été très bien dans cette location

2 ième étage , stationnement facile dans la rue , presque neuf , bien éclairé, propre et bon équipement pour cuisiner . Pas climatisé : peut être difficile lors des mois chauds. Sur le coin ( rond point ) d'une rue importante donc pour ceux qui sont sensible aux bruits de la rue , ça peut gêner . Patio intéressant ,soleil du matin.

Appartement neuf (ou quasiment). Très confortable avec une terrasse protégée du soleil où nous avons pu prendre l'intégralité de nos repas (quelle que soit l'heure). Donc vue sur le canal à tous les repas.
