Goertz & Partner offers you this pleasant and modern duplex. You will find this one bedroom apartment on the 5th floor of the Bahia II building which is only 50m from the beach and restaurants. As you enter on your left you will find a kitchen and dining area. Next you have a sofa and a TV cabinet, opening onto a terrace ideal for breakfast. From the living – dining room you will find a staircase that leads to the upper part of the duplex. On the first floor you have a huge bedroom with a balcony and superb views of the canal. (two 90 cm beds next to each other, two 40 x 70 cm pillows). There is also a bathroom with a walk-in shower and washing machine.A cot and a high chair are available on the property.IMPORTANT: the apartment has air conditioning in the dining room and bedroom. We also have WIFI.
