Waren als Familie Vorort

Strand ist in ca. 20min Fußweg zu erreichen, Ferienwohnung für Kinder unter 2 Jahren nicht geeignet, Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter ist perfekt.. hatten ein Problem mit einer verstopften Dusche und einem Waschbecken, Problem wurde schnell angegangen aber leider nicht behoben.. Leider hat jeder ein anderes Verständnis für Sauberkeit, mussten leider dreckige Toiletten vorfinden und teilweise noch Sand in den Zimmer… Beim öffnen der Terassentür ist ein Schlüssel abgebrochen, Vermieter war sehr kulant und korrekt.

très belle maison , bien située, agréable, bien agencée,tout ce qu'il faut pour passer un séjour agréable , seul bémol travaux à coté, avons subi durant une semaine marteau piqueur et ème semaine scie , marteau, disqueuse, dommage de subir ça en pleine saison estivale, à refaire sans ce désagrément

L'emplacement, le cadre, les équipements correspondent bien à la description proposé par le propriétaire. Plages et commerces à proximité facile d'accès à velo. Maison de pécheur bien situe face aux 2 canaux. Nous avons été bien accueillis par un couple de résidents dont je recommande paella et joues de porc. 3 bains de soleil pour 2solariums c'est un peu juste ,il en faudrait au moins un supplémentaire. Nous avons passe 2 semaines extraordinaires. Je recommande.

Tout était parfait

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine de vacances. Maison parfaitement équipée (il y a meme La machine à glaçon:)). La climatisation dans les chambres est très appréciable et la terrasse donnant sur le canal est simplement splendide. Je recommande vivement cette maison, c'est un vrai petit cocon. Grande facilité de stationnement meme si nous avons tout fait à pied, la plage n'étant qu'à 10min. Bref, tout était parfait. Hate d'y retourner l'année prochaine.

tres belle marina, tres bien equipée et tres bien située

nous avons passé 2 semaines dans cette location et nous en sommes enchantés. villa très propre, très bien équipée et sans vis a vis gênant quartier calme et pourtant proche de toutes commodités un seul point negatif: une chambre sans volet roulant, pour la nuit ca manque excellent rapport qualité/prix nous avons été très bien accueillis a notre arrivée par un couple de résidents dont je recommande la paella... nous retournerons très certainement dans cette location car nous n'avons pas eu le temps de faire le tour de la region

Gilbert nous a accueilli avec beaucoup de gentillesse, tout avait été très bien organisé. La maison est très agréable, calme,très bien équipée , une décoration soignée et vraiment très bien placée. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié l'accès a l'amarre au bord de la terrasse . L’accès a la mer par les canaux était rapide . Nous avons donc passé une superbe semaine et sommes prets a y retourner. Maison de pêcheur agréable,tout le nécessaire ,calme et à proximité de tout.

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans la maison de Mr SAUZY du 23 juillet au 30juillet 2016. Le propriétaire est sympathique et nous avons pu emmener notre petit chien (qui ne fait aucunes bêtises) avec son accord préalable. La location est à proximité des magasins,plage restauration tout en étant calme. La propreté du logement était correcte. Tout le nécessaire dans la maison,machine à laver,lave vaisselle.... Je recommande cette location aux tarifs abordables pour un séjour sur Empuribrava. Une balade à bateau sur le canal est très sympatique à faire ,attention néanmoins aux pièges à touristes,en effet après avoir interroger certains loueurs sur leurs tarifs d'un jour à l'autres ceux-ci changeaient "à la tête du client" !!! Le loueur le plus proche de la location est le plus sérieux ces tarifs ne changent pas du jour au lendemain,je recommande.

Séjour de rêve

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette maison de rêve. Nous étions 2 adultes et 2 enfants, et tout était parfait. Que dire de plus, une terrasse face au canal où nous faisions nos barbecues, La maison est très bien équipée et rien ne manquait, il y avait même la clim dans toutes les pièces, ce qui était très confortable à cette période de l'année. Nous étions à 10 min à pied de la ville. Bref, un super séjour... Nous y retournerons l'année prochaine sans hésiter

difficile de trouver mieux .... Au sein de la plus grande marina d'Europe, surfaces intérieures extérieures, équipements, ameublement, calme, propreté ....super. Proximité castello d'amporie et cadaques etc ...ainsi que pour les appro de produits de la mer. Jeunes ou moins jeunes vacances ensoleillées assurées. difficile de ne pas conseiller cette maison de pécheur pour son authenticité et pour des séjours familiaux toutes saisons ! cordialement Gérard & Irène résidents Polynésie Française

Superbe location !

Nous avons apprécié cette maison spacieuse et calme placée en retrait de la grande route. Stationnement aisé à n'importe quelle heure. Bon équipement moustiquaires et climatisation dans toutes les pièces. Les terrasses nord et sud plus le solarium permettent à chacun de trouver sa place. La présence du canal des deux côtés est très sympa.

Une superbe maison au cœur de la petite Venise !

Maison agréable avec terrasses coté canal et coté petit port. A proximité des commerces mais sans les désagréments de la vie nocturne en particulier. Magnifique plage a 1 kilomètre Maison parfaitement équipé, propre et confortable. Stationnement facile pour les voitures. Accueil chaleureux des propriétaire et disponibilité. Nous y retournerons !
