This beautiful 36m2 apartment, air-conditioned, consists of a bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom with a bathtub, an open-plan kitchen, and a bright living room with views of Empuriabrava, with access to the terrace.
The floor has air conditioning
The complex has three pools, not included in the reservation price. All are at an additional cost. For more information about rates, please inquire at the building's front desk. The community pool is available from June 15 to September 15.
Located on the second floor without an elevator in a residence just 100m from Empuriabrava beach, you do not need a car to enjoy all the amenities (beach, restaurants, supermarket, pharmacy...).
The floor has internet access with a supplement.
