Beautiful apartment, bathed in sunshine, superb view of a small port, in a sought-after area. The dream of athletes, with circuits for jogging, walking and cycling.

100 m from a large wild beach (part of which is reserved for dogs).

Beautiful beach open to water sports, (with summer bars, tapas restaurants on the beach.)

Bike paths, health trails, numerous walks in the Aguamolls natural park ... With bird watching.

Empuriabrava is the largest marina in Europe, with 23 km of canals,

200 meters from the campsite "la rubina": free access:
 games for children, snack, tapas, take-out meals, mini-market.
With paying access to the 1000m2 seawater swimming pool / sports room, inside the 4-star campsite, if available, check with reception

downtown at 1500 m, urban shuttle at the foot of the building.

Apartment redone in 2016, fully equipped for 5 people, 3-storey building with elevator, easy and free parking in front of the door and all along the road to the beach.

60 m2 + 24 m2 of balconies with 3 different orientations. Large living room, with open kitchen, 2 bedrooms with very quiet new ceiling fans, 5 modular beds, (BB on request / free).

Sheets, tea towels, hand towels, provided free of charge. Beach games for the little ones. Deck chairs.


Washing machine . Iron and ironing board. Hair dryer. Dishwasher, oven, microwave, steamer, coffee maker, kettle, toaster. Many kitchen utensils. Complete crockery.

Beau séjour!!

Appartement conforme à l'annonce. Empuriabrava top !!! On a passé des chouettes vacances en famille. Le parking est une place devant l'immeuble.On peut se garer la plupart du temps mais pas toujours le wk.Malgré tout on trouve facilement de la place pas trop loin... Françoise et Alain sont très disponible et serviable et leur l'accueil est super!Merci

Sehr schöne Wohnung in einer perfekten Lage. Nur 5 Gehminuten zum wunderschönen Strand von Empuriabrava. Parkplatz war kostenlos. Die Vermieter sind sehr hilfsbereit und jeder Zeit verfügbar.

Excellent sejour au bord de l'eau

Appartement très bien situé, tout proche de la plage de la Rubina, très bien équipé (climatisation parfaite) . Françoise et Alain nous ont très gentiment accueilli avec des boissons fraiches et nous ont donné pleins de bons conseils pour découvrir la région et passer un très agréable séjour. Nous recommandons vivement ce logement.

Nous sommes très satisfaits de notre séjour. L'accueil et la bienveillance des propriétaires nous ont permis d'entamer nos vacances sereinement et détendus. agreable sejour dans une ambiance de grand large

2 semaines agréables en famille dans un appartement dépaysant décoré comme une cabine de bateau, beneficiant d'un grand balcon avec vue sur la marina. L'emplacement est ideal a 200 metres de la belle plage de la rubina, et a 5 minutes a vélo du centre historique d'empuria par la piste cyclable accessible au pied de l'appartement. Des paillotes aux différentes ambiances permettent de manger, danser et écouter des concerts sur la plage. Nos chiens ont également profité de la plage qui leur est accessible au bout de la rubina. Finalement, un grand merci a Francoise et Alain pour l'accueil chaleureux et les conseils pratiques.

Top Notch!

Thank you very much Françoise et Alain for opening your place to us. My wife and my dogs enjoyed our stay in Empuriabrava. Excellent location in the city, and base to day trips in the region and in France. The place has all the amenities you will need to make your stay enjoyable, very close to the beach, and close to town. The owners are always ready to assist you if needed. The Pollo Pollo restaurants is a life saver if you feel hungry and dont want to go out, actually is the place to be some days. Parking is not assigned, but you do find parking, even in high season, dont expect to park in front of your door though. I would gladly rent this place again if I return to Empuriabrava. Enjoy Costa Brava!

Appartement très confortable et excellent accueil de Françoise et Alain

Nous avons passé de très agréables vacances, du 1er au 10/08/2017, dans ce charmant appartement. Il a été refait à neuf, avec de très bonnes prestations. Nous étions 5, avec 3 enfants. Nous avons été très bien accueillis, avec des boissons fraîches ; et très bien conseillés par les charmants propriétaires, Alain et Françoise. Merci encore à eux! L'appartement se situe à 100 mètres de la plage. Le tout petit bémol est à mettre sur le bruit qui peut être engendré par le restaurant en bas de l'immeuble. Il faut juste se mettre à l'heure espagnole et on n'y fait plus trop attention. Allez-y, vous ne serez pas déçus.
