Top Wohnung

Sehr schöner und entspannter Aufenthalt. Die Wohnung entspricht der Beschreibung. Am Pool lässt sich hervorragend entspannen, die Ausstattung der Wohnung lässt quasi keine Wünsche offen. Gute und kompetente Betreuung durch die Vermieterin (Nina). Wir würden jederzeit dort wieder Urlaub machen.

L'apartament es acollidor còmode i net, te un pati amb piscina ideal per una capbussada després de la platja o relaxar-se llegint. La zona es molt tranquil·la i es pot aparcar fàcilment. Nosaltres hem anar amb les nostres gosses que l'han gaudit molt. La propietària es molt amable i ens ha facilitat molt l'estancia.

Sehr schöne und gepflegte Anlage

Das Apartment entspricht den Bildern und der Beschreibung. Alles war sehr sauber und gut gepflegt. Wir haben uns - auch Dank der sehr netten Betreuung durch die Vermieterin inkl. vieler guter Empfehlungen - sehr wohl gefühlt und können das Objekt uneingeschränkt empfehlen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants sind fußläufig zu erreichen. Zum Strand sind es ca. 15 Minuten zu Fuß.

Für unseren Familienurlaub waren die beiden Appartements genau richtig. Viel Platz und alles in sauberem und ordentlichen Zustand. Schöner Pool in Sonnenlage mit genügend Liegen. Wir würden es jeder Zeit wieder buchen. Vielen Dank auch für das Engagement der Vermieterin. immer erreichbar und hilfsbereit. Es war eine wunderschöne Zeit.

Ruhige Lage mit privatem Pool

Wir haben wieder einmal eine entspannte Zeit verbracht. Den Mädels hat es auch prima gefallen. Es waren genügend Liegen im Außenbereich vorhanden. Dank Fahrräden sind wir auch immer flott zum Strand geradelt.

Entspannung für die gesamte Familie

Wir fühlten uns gut aufgehoben und betreut. Noch nie hatten wir in solch guten Betten schlafen können - und der Pool hatte eine ausreichende Größe (über 30qm). Die Terrasse ist schön und war unser eigentliches Wohnzimmer. Insekten haben uns hierbei selten aufgesucht. Fehlt es an etwas, bzw hat man Fragen oder Wünsche, kann man die Mutter der Vermietung aus dem Obergeschoss ansprechen. Vielleicht ist das nicht jedermanns Sache, aber die Urlaubsqualität teilt man sich mit der anderen Wohneinheit. Und wir sind der Überzeugung, dass sich an einer Mitnutzung des Eigentümers vermutlich eher Leute stoßen, die vor Ort gerne mal über die Strenge schlagen. Und wir waren sehr dankbar, das wir solche Nachbarn ein Haus weiter hatten. Parkplätze gibt es ausreichend vor dem Haus, der Weg zum Strand beträgt zu Fuß rund 25Minuten, wir sind daher mit dem PKW zum Rubinastrand gefahren, dort kann man kostenlos parken. Mittags weht üblicherweise ein stärker Wind, was die Wassersportler begeistern dürfte. Wir fahren nicht jedes Jahr an den gleichen Ort, aber wenn wir wieder die Gegend besuchen möchten, dann definitiv wieder bei Nina!

Schöne Ruhe-Oase

Auch in diesem Jahr haben wir wieder einen erholsamen Urlaub in schöner und ruhiger Umgebung verlebt. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen sehr gerne wieder. Der Strand und die Geschäfte sind schnell zu erreichen. Viele liebe Grüße an Gita und Nina!!!!

Super Wohngegend in Ampuriabrava

Wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen. Die Wohnung war sauber und ordentlich. die Außenanlage ist sehr gepflegt und der Pool auch. Im großen und ganzen sind wir sehr zufrieden gewesen und würden jederzeit wieder bei der netten Vermieterin eine Ferienwohnung anmieten. Die Wohnung ist sehr zentral.

Tolles Urlaubsdomizil, alles sehr gepflegt!

Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt und super erholt! Die Vermieterin und ihre Mutter sind sehr sehr nett und kümmern sich hervorragend um ihre Gäste und sind besorgt, dass auch alles stimmt. Frühstück auf der Terrasse, Lesen unter den duftenden Blüten des Magnolienbaums und abends ein Vino tinto am kleinen Tischchen am Pool. Was will man mehr. Wir hatten das große Glück, die Terrasse und den Poolbereich alleine nutzen zu können. Am Pool kann man windgeschützt sitzen bzw. liegen, was gerade nachmittags, wenn in Empuriabrava der Wind kommt, sehr angenehm ist. Die Lage des Hauses ist sehr ruhig, was einen guten Erholungswert garantiert. Wir kommen gerne wieder!!!

Wir haben uns wieder sehr wohl gefühlt

Wir waren zum 2. mal für zwei Wochen im Appartement für 5 Personen und haben uns wieder sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Appartement hat alles was man benötigt. es gibt sogar wlan. Wünschenswert wäre eine Waschmaschine. Alles ist gut zu Fuß oder mit dem Auto schnell erreichbar. Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett und steht immer mit Rat und Tat zur Seite. Alles in allem ein sehr schöner und erholsamer Urlaub.

Excellente semaine

Aucune surprise au contraire tout était conforme à la description et aux photos. Nous avons un séjour très agréable. La propriétaire est très gentille et très disponible. Il ne manquait rien, l'appartement est très bien équipé. Il est également très très propre. La localisation est idéale : près du canal et du centre ville et à 5 min en voiture de la plage. Le quartier est très calme et la piscine offre de bons moments de baignade et de rafraichissement. Empuriabrava est une ville magnifique qui propose beaucoup d'attractions : balade en bateau en mer et sur le canal, du parachutisme, des promenades à vélos, de la pêche ... Je recommande cette location et cette ville.
