Lovely pool. Lovely hosts.

20mins walk to beautiful beach. Restaraunts close by. Lots to do. Practical and beautiful appartment. Pool was fantastic. Ticked all the boxes for perfect family holiday.

Sejour Aout 2020 parfait, Proche du centre et des plages, cet appartement est très bien situé, refait à neuf, très propre et bien équipé !!! Merci à Nina la propriétaire pour son accueil et sa gentillesse. Elle est toujours disponible et l'écoute de ses clients !!! Je recommande cette location.

Alles bestens uns fehlte an nichts! Besonders gut für Leute mit Haustieren geeignet, da das gesamte Grundstück eingezäunt ist! Waren bereits zum zweiten Mal da und werden bestimmt wieder kommen!

Toller Urlaub

Wir hatten beide unteren Appartements und waren wirklich rundum zufrieden. Gemütlicher Pool mit Sonnenliegen und Dusche. Gut gepflegte Appartements mit schöner Aufteilung und allem notwendigen Zubehör. Ruhige Lage und dennoch gut erreichbar zum Strand, Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Eine sehr nette und jederzeit hilfsbereite Vermieterin. Großes Lob und wie erwähnt ein klasse Urlaub.

Sehr schöne kleine Anlage mit Pool

Wir hatten bereits zum zweiten Mal unseren Urlaub dort verbracht und waren auch hier wieder vollsten zufrieden. Das Haus bzw. die einzelne Appartments sind gepflegt und es ist alles vorhanden was man benötigt. Parkplätze sind direkt vor der Tür am Straßenrand und mit dem Auto fährt man 5 Minuten zum Strand. Der kleine Pool reicht komplett um sich abzukühlen oder das Kinder ihren Spaß haben. Abends war es sehr ruhig in der Bungalow Siedlung und auch die vorhandene Klimaanlage ist von Vorteil. Für alle die im Urlaub nicht auf Wlan verzichten möchten, haben auch hier sehr schnelles Internet zur Verfügung. Die Übergabe mit der Vermieterin hat auch einwandfrei geklappt und es wurde vor Ort alles erklärt. Wir werde auf jedenfall wieder kommen. :-)

perfekter Familienurlaub

Das Haus ist für einen Familienurlaub einfach genial. Beide Wohnungen sind sehr sauber und die Vermieter sind sehr sehr freundlich und immer sofort zur Stelle, falls einem irgendetwas fehlt. Vielen Dank an die Vermieterin Nina, daß wir einen so wunderschönen Urlaub in Ihrem Haus geniessen konnten.

Tolle Unterkunft.

Die Lage der Ferienwohnung ist sehr ruhig. Alles ist zu Fuß gut zu erreichen, da man mitten in Empuriabrava untergebracht ist. Das Apartmet und die Anlage sind sehr sauber und gepflegt. Wir waren mit unserem Sohn (15 Jahre) und seinem Freund, sowie einem Hund da. Bei größeren Kindern ist das Apartment B empfehlenswerter. Unser Hund wurde auch sehr freundlich aufgenommen. Besonders praktisch ist die wohl neue Aussendusche, vorallem nach dem Strandbesuch und um den Hund abzuduschen. Es hat uns alles sehr gut gefallen und wir werden sicher wieder kommen. Leider muss man immer sehr früh buchen, da die Wohnungen bereits früh ausgebucht sind. Das spricht auch für sich. Die Vermieterin ist stets per WhatsApp oder sonstigem zu erreichen, falls irgendwas nicht in Ordnung sein sollte. Sie ist sehr hilfsbereit. Vielen lieben Dank nochmal für die Lösung unseres Problems mit unserem Anhänger am Ankunftstag und während dem Aufenthalt. Wir werden sich wieder kommen!

Das war wieder mal alles top

Wir waren schon zum 5.mal da und können uns nur Wiederholen.Es war alles sehr sauber und gepflegt und das über 5 Jahre hinweg es wird immer wieder investiert wie zum Beispiel in eine Heizung oder neue Küche usw.Man kann die Vermieter zu jeder Zeit erreichen.Wir können jeden der einen entspannten und schönen Urlaub verbringen möchte diese Ferienwohnungen nur empfehlen.

Schöne, ruhige und gepflegte Ferienwohung

Die Ferienwohnung liegt in einer ruhigen Nebenstraße mit niedriger ortstypischer Bebauung. Die Ferienwohnung ist praktisch eingerichtet, gepflegt und sehr sauber. Das Bad wurde kürzlich renoviert. Klimaanlage, Fernsehen und kostenloses WLAN sind vorhanden. Eine gerade eingebaute Zentralheizung wird ab dem Winter nutzbar sein. Die ebenfalls gepflegte und sehr saubere Außenanlage mit Pool, Außendusche, Terrasse, Gasgrill und Sitzgruppe lädt zum Verweilen ein. Das zweite Appartement war während unseres Aufenthaltes nicht vermietet und so hatten wir die Außenanlage komplett für uns zur Verfügung, herrlich! Die Vermieterin und ihre Mutter sind sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und sehr gut per E-Mail, Telefon oder auch persönlich zu erreichen. Beide sind sehr darum bemüht, dem Gast den Aufenthalt sowie die An- und Abreise so angenehm wie möglich zu gestalten. Bei Interesse gibt es individuelle Ausflugs- und Restaurant-Tipps. Klasse! Insgesamt ein wunderbarer Aufenthalt und eine echte Empfehlung wert!

Fijne en complete vakantieappartementen

Zeer fijne vakantieappartementen. Een echte aanrader om beide appartementen te huren als je met 2 gezinnen op vakantie gaat. Vriendelijk ontvangst en goed contact gedurende het gehele verblijf. Gezellige tuin met zwembad en genoeg plekjes om in de schaduw te zitten of juist te genieten van de zon. Wij hebben erg genoten.

Ein wunderschöner Familienurlaub

Ein sehr schönes Ferienhaus mit sehr freundlichen Vermietern. Wir haben uns rundherum wohlgefühlt. Die 2 Wohnungen sind sehr gut eingerichtet und die Aussenanlage mit Pool einfach top. Alles sehr sauber und sehr zu empfehlen.
