Spacious house renovated with great taste and a very modern style, with beautiful views of the marina. It has a private mooring of 14 m.



The ground floor is distributed with two bedrooms, two bathrooms with shower, an independent toilet, dining room, living room, fully equipped kitchen and a terrace-porch with views of the swimming pool and direct access to it.



The upper floor, with independent access from the outside, has two additional bedrooms, two bathrooms and a spacious terrace with views of the canal and the swimming pool.



The house is equipped with air conditioning in all rooms, Wi-Fi and a private pool. It is located just 10 minutes from La Rubina beach, in a very quiet residential area, ideal for enjoying a well-deserved rest.

Wir waren mit der Familie angereist. Das Objekt war von Ausstattung und Lage sehr schön. Auch das ein großzügiger abschließbarer Parkplatz sich auf dem Gelände befindet, war von großem Vorteil. Wir würden die Immobilie jederzeit wieder mieten.
