It is located just 50 m from Lake Sant Maurici, 100 m from the supermarket, 3 km from the sandy beach, 7 km from the Aquabrava water park, 16 km from the Peralada golf course, 20 km from the AVE/TGV train station in Figueres and 65 km from Girona airport. The villa is set in a quiet area, close to shops and restaurants.



The accommodation features garden furniture, a fenced plot, terrace, barbecue, iron, internet access (wifi), balcony, heat pump heating, air conditioning in the living room and some bedrooms, a private swimming pool and satellite television (languages: Spanish, German and French).



The open-plan ceramic hob kitchen is equipped with refrigerator, microwave, oven, washing machine, dishwasher, dishes/cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee machine, toaster and kettle.
