It is located 1 km from the supermarket, 2 km from the sandy beach, 16 km from the “Peralada” golf course, 20 km from the AVE/TGV train station in Figueres and 65 km from Girona airport. The villa is situated in a quiet residential urbanisation, perfect for families.



The accommodation offers a private garden, outdoor furniture, fenced plot, furnished terrace, barbecue, fireplace, iron, internet access (wifi), outdoor parking, 3 fans and satellite TV with Spanish, German and French channels.



The open-plan gas kitchen is equipped with refrigerator, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, dishes/cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee machine, toaster and kettle, providing everything you need for both short and long stays.

Jolie petite maison avec beau jardin.

Très bon troisième séjour dans cette petite maison dans un environnement calme et agréable. Un point particulier : la haie devrait être taillée à la limite du poteau de portail ce qui facilitarait grandement les manoeuvres avec la voiture et limiterait les risques de rayures sur la carrosserie.

Bonne habitabilité bien équipée. Quartier calme avec proximité promenade bords Muga. Les plages sont suffisamment proches. Cette location nous convient parfaitement.
