"Monica was the friendliest most enthusiastic host we’ve stayed with. Everything from her greeting to the amazing breakfast was perfect. She does a lot of baking, so the breakfast was really a treat and you could also get eggs cooked in various ways. The room was a little small but very comfortable. Parking was on the street, but it was fairly close and easy."

"This is truly my favorite place in the world—peaceful, beautiful, and filled with the kindest staff. I’m so glad we found it. I didn’t want to leave and joked with my family that I might just run away and stay forever. The location and scenery are absolutely stunning. We enjoyed fantastic meals during our stay—even though the Michelin-starred restaurant wasn’t open, the other dining options were exceptional."

"Our stay at La Capanna was nothing short of magical. This beautifully renovated farmhouse blended rustic charm with modern comforts, offering a peaceful home in Chianti. The house is beautifully decorated, has a fully stocked kitchen, and comfortable bedrooms…all surrounded by stunning views.We loved the private pool and grounds, using this as a perfect spot to unwind with a glass of wine after a day of exploring nearby towns. The covered patio was perfect for lunches/snacks and just admiring the view. We had arranged a wine tour and even the driver commented on how beautiful the property was. If you’re looking for serenity, beauty, and easy access to Tuscany’s wineries and historic sites, La Capanna is the place. The town of Radda is also very close with lovely shops and restaurants. We left feeling refreshed and already dreaming of our next visit! We certainly didn’t want to leave. "
